Booked this room for a bachelor party meeting location and resting area for the wedding the next day. The location and service was top notch. The front desk was very friendly and the two bedroom suite was better than I expected. The deposit of 250 caught me off guard, however it was returned to me the next day so no complaints. While I was there I thought "this would be a great place to come with the kids, because it would give the parents privacy on the other side of the living room." Great place to visit for sure.

Nice place with kitchenettes and cutlery, plates, cups etc but nothing to cook in. No pots or pans in the kitchen. Thed do have a full oven tho if you're interested and the breakfast is always hot and filling. They're also one of the few hotels still serving bacon. Oh my!

My wife and I have stayed at this great hotel before and we are never disappointed, today was not the exception, everything was great since our arrival, we were even able to check in a little earlier as we drove from Phoenix AZ and were really tired. Our front desk agent was super kind and friendly, thank you again Chase Suite Hotel. We will always come back here and recommend to all our family and friends.

Everything was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious, the only reason I rated "Sleep Quality" as average is because the HVAC system is to loud for me. Would I stay here again. Yes

We stayed in the Signature Suite with 2 bedrooms! Really nice room with all the comfort we needed to stay like a home away from home! Beds really comfortable, quiet rooms, very clean and good breakfast.

We just had a great stay here, I can’t fault it. Being far away from home (we are from the UK, family of 3) we wanted a bit more space than a usual motel but didn’t want to spend an excessive amount for it. This hotel worked perfectly - the accommodation was clean, the kitchen was functional, and the separate bedroom made a big difference.||Check in and check out was easy and reception were friendly. Other reviews mentioned lack of parking - whilst the car park was usually quite full by the end of the day, there were always a few spaces free. The pool and spa was great at the end of a long day in the theme parks and the laundry was convenient (note it’s $6 per wash+dry, I didn’t mind that). There are lots of fast food places, restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets within a few miles, and a Starbucks less than 5 minutes walk away. And a massive mall a couple of miles away too. The theme parks are around 20 minutes drive away and in all honesty it was nice to stay somewhere slightly out of the way rather than right in the centre of the tourist area.||Note I can’t comment on the free breakfast as we didn’t try it, we usually went to a diner instead. The only minor things I could mention that weren’t perfect were the dishwasher which was comically loud (but perfectly functional) and some loud noises occasionally from the taps running next door. Aside from that, we had a great stay, I’d really recommend this place.

Very nice and can be very romantic depending on the person you're with. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very quiet also. Beds are comfy. The shower and water pressure was a plus for me. I always enjoy staying here.

Room is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked. Spacious and very quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Bathrooms are very clean.
