Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay - Resort hotel in Naples - 1000 10th Ave S, USA

We were here in August (which is the off season). The room accommodations were excellent; comfortable, clean, well stocked. The managers responded very quickly to all our requests. They always greeted us with a smile. The Tiki bar food and drinks (non-alcoholic) were terrific. I definitely would stay there again.

Pros- the two bedroom condos are newly renovated and are very beautiful and well appointed. We felt comfortable and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub overlook the bay , which is so relaxing to sit in the hot tub and see the boats. I loved riding the complimentary bicycles to the beach to walk and around town. Location is close to 5th ave , but I would suggest driving not walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful and warm. Housekeeping is fabulous and the rooms are spotless! ||Not so great- it was raining when I arrived and I walked in the kitchen area and floor was wet! It was a leak in the roof and was dripping water from the ceiling. You could tell this was a repeated issue as there was a patch on the ceiling.Then the sugar ants came out on the kitchen counters! Not a great start to my stay. However, maintenance responded promptly to these issues and the rest of week no maintenance concerns. Also, if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this resort, a lot of stairs and it’s built on elevated land. No elevators||Overall- I would stay here again. If you are seeking a quiet, smaller resort in a convenient location, stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at CCR. The rooms are newly remodeled and the pictures here do not do them justice. It was gorgeous. The carpet smelled new when I walked in the door. They are currently remodeling the second half of the units. The view of the bay is wonderful, it’s fun to watch the boats go in and out of the boat dock. The staff was excellent, and the amenities are great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Naples is a nice place to relax, not a lot for families to do, but we really enjoyed our stay here. The beaches are awesome!

Charter Club Resort is not only beautiful on the outside it is on the inside as well. So comfortable and big with a convenient washer & dryer inside the unit. The pool & hot tub overlooking the bay was stunning. We were sorry we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the bikes on the premises but we will for sure next time. We truly enjoyed staying at the Charter Club Resort on the Bay..We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Charter Club despite the ongoing construction. They are currently renovating all of the units (a building at a time) and we stayed in one of the renovated 2-bedroom condos. The soundproofing was excellent, so we didn't hear the airplanes (the resort in the airport flight path) or the construction unless we were on the screened-in lanai. The living room furniture could have been a bit more comfy (for my taste) but the beds were excellent and the pillows were the best I've encountered outside of my own. BUT there are no elevators, so be prepared to climb stairs. I also wouldn't necessarily count on parking during high season, but since we were there in summer, we always found a spot.||||From the resort it's easy to get into and around Naples, to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive during business hours. The room was clean, had a washer dryer in the unit, extremely comfortable beds, loved the view of the bay (Gordan River area), had a full-length mirror, had an extra sink bar area (as this gives the person sleeping on the pull out couch of the 2 bedroom an extra sink get ready area as there is a mirror in the bar area), an extra door to block washing machine dryer noise from the main living area, has a fully stocked kitchen to make meals in, has extra disposable amenities like shampoo laundry&dish detergent, lotion, paper towels, etc. if needed, a large screened in porch area, tvs in all the rooms, decent size bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff also took into consideration a request for location of the room & was able to accommodate. With all that being said, the stay was great! A few suggestions on the wish list: more hooks in each bathroom for hanging towels, a pull out clothesline in the shower (like on cruise ships) for hanging swimsuits, etc.) extra towel availability (the limit was 6 bath towels and 6 beach towels - we were there a week, family of 5 - we did A LOT of laundry - which was great having the laundry, but having a set of towels in between dirty loads would be great, a fan in main living area as the air conditioner was not supposed to be set under 72 or it could freeze up, the ice maker was EXTREMELY slow so having an ice machine on site, wish the office area had longer hours (the after hours check-in was not bad, but it is nice to have access to hotel staff for longer hours in case of any needs for questions, extra amenities if needed) All in all-a great stay!

4 nuits en avril 2024 dans l'appartement 2 chambres. Les appartements sont très bien équipés (lave linge et sèche linge, tout le nécessaire de cuisine, mobilier sur la terrasse...), très bonne literie, vue sur la Marina. Piscine très sympa avec snack et bar. Le resort prête des vélos et du matériel de plage ( parasols, chaises.. ) et est très bien situé (tout à 10 min de marche, centre et plage). Coin très calme et sympa, je recommande vivement. Le plus, des dauphins viennent jusqu'à la Marina, visibles depuis la piscine ou la terrasse de la chambre.

Our stay was great. The 2 bedroom was much bigger than I expected and exceptionally clean with every thing we needed. We used the bikes there to get to the beach and get around town. Would definitely stay again.
