This place was fantastic, food was good, one pizza wasn't as crispy as I'd like but I think it was because their crust is very light and delicate. But, the rest was worth the trip. The service was great and overall a good experience. I highly recommend.

The best glass of ice water I've ever seen at a restaurant! My husband and I split the meatball sandwich and it was the perfect portion. Our server, Morgan, was great.

Would honestly say 3.5 pizza place. We ordered 2 pizzas and the bread. Pizza dough was ok, and nothing about the pizza really popped out (like spicy or zesty sauce, fresh cheese) it was just another pizza. The bread was different as it is served with fried onions, apricot jam, and ricotta. It was not busy as we went around 3 as most reviews had that as an issue. The glasses for the drinks were cool. I will say for 2 pizzas and bread, $70 was a little much. Price was very high for what you get.

The pizza was close to perfect. Only needed a little more caramelization on the toppings. The ingredients are of high quality. The service was great and the kids soft drink is HUGE! You can eat the crust without any ranch so that's good and your kids will probably eat it too as the taste was very good. They use Caputo 00 flour and cook it in a proper brick oven.

I had a craving for one of their sandwiches. They bake their own breads, and it's just such good comfort food. Crowd was light for late lunch /early dinner, but the movie theatre had just let out. Reservations are recommended for dinner.

Upon arriving on Wednesday evening we were asked if we had reservations and it wasn't crowded, I thought it a little odd. But our first time there, so maybe they are used to reservations. We ordered the Korean wings (I forgot to take a pic), very good! Had nice crisp charred edges and great flavor. We ordered the salad that had fruit and added chicken. The chicken made the salad! A little dry, but flavorful! We ordered the fungi pizza and added sausage. It was good, but not outstanding. The lemonade was good and the Beck's non-alcoholic beer was ok (preference of Heineken, Beck's is obviously cheaper but the only option they carried). I'd go back, but not somewhere I'd send people. Our hostess (I'm guessing she was new), came when we were 3/4's done and asked if she could clear any plates (all the plates had food). We said no, and she waited staring at us and said are you sure? My husband asked for a to-go box instead. We did have to wave down our waiter to place the food order. Everyone was nice, but just not high end service.

We're traveling across country in our RV and stayingbat Catalina State Park. We wanted pizza and found Charred was basically across the street from the park. We had made a reservation online (but didn't think we'd need it) and thank goodness we did. This place was packed at 5:30. We were promptly seated. Our server Kayla was prompt, friendly and cute as button. We ordered the Brussel Sprout + Romain Cesar Salad and the Caprese Salad. Not only were they delicious but they were HUGE and could have easily been shared. We also ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs and a Margherita Pizza. They were both delicious as well. We have tons of leftovers. We will definitely be back the next time we pass thru Tucson.

Hands down best pizza in Tucson. They make a gluten free crust in house that's the best I've ever had, ever! It's very close to the delicious, soft, chewy texture of a gluten crust. Their Marinara is house made and I haven't had better outside Italy. They've got some interesting combinations of flavors I wouldn't have thought would be so good, but are absolutely amazing. This place is well worth a visit!
