I had the three chunk dinner with a drink. My sides were mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and an an additional side of tabouli. For $15 it wasn’t a bad deal. I wanted a little bit of everything and knew I wouldn’t eat it all so it was enough to save for later. The Mac and cheese needs salt and pepper every time which I don’t mind. I like getting to adjust to my liking. The mashed potatoes were one large scoop with a little bit of gravy. The tabouli was not the best. Large chunks of tomato mixed with small chunks. Really watery. I could have passed on that. The service was amazing! Friendly and happy to be served is how I felt. The inside was very very clean. While no one was in the drive through there were people making sure things were nice and tidy. Great place if you’re looking for some chicken and mashed potatoes! Highly recommend!!

We were excited to eat at Charlie’s Chicken because we’d never been to one. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The chicken chunks made me sick. It was not what I was wanting to deal with on a vacation or any time. :-( The Mac n’ cheese was mushy and inedible. We will never return to ANY location.

Great service. Food was good and hot. We always get extra rolls. One each is never enough. I get unsweetened tea. Make sure you taste it to confirm that there is no sugar. Otherwise it was a good option stopping here after voting. Let them cook for you.

I just went to Charlie's chicken and got two pint of gizzard this is the worst meal from them I've ever had burnt reheated and I order from them two times a week but this will probably be my last time. After my review the owners of this store did contact me with in about 30 minutes and did offer to replace the 2 gizzards for free with a receipt so I do give them points for cl customer service I'm not sure if I will take them up on the replacement but I do appreciate them getting back to me. went back today and got a 3 pic chunk got something extra so done with them

Ordered a garden salad. Looked pretty on top. Had graded carrots and cheese. And sliced cucumbers. The lettuce looked good. When started mixing up had a half of a boiled egg. And 2 grape tomatoes one was rotten, and the size of a pea. A half of a boiled eggs, and 2 pea size rotten tomatoes in a large salad made it look unappealing. I got it mostly cause the tomatoes and egg made it sound so good. And ask for extra tomatoes which I didn't get. It was not worth the money.

Love this place, buy its the third time I've received a wrong item in my meal. I'm to tired and the drive is to far to come back and exchange it.

Food was good but the lady who took my order pretty sure it was the girl with purple fake nails. just now had a major attitude. Ordered 5 chicken chunks and (anything else!) 2 ro.. (anything else!) Like didn't even give me a chance to speak. And said it with some major attitude. Being a assistant manager myself there's no reason for it. Maybe move her to a different area for sure.

I have ate at a multitude of the Charlie's Chicken locations in Tulsa and surrounding areas over the years and the Sand Springs location is the only location that slightly changes the way they make the cucumber, tomatoe, and onion salad, as well as the broccoli grape salad. This slight change is not an improvement in my opinion. I almost always order these two side items with my meal and notice that this location is different than all of the other locations. My solution is: I will just never eat at the Sand Springs location again and avoid that slight change. It is better the way ALL the other locations prepare the cucumber/tomato/onion salad & broccoli/grape salad. The onions are cut smaller on both and the broccoli/grape salad actually contains more than 3 sunflower seeds and the appropriate amount of dressing. The Sand Springs location uses too much dressing. Is it supposed to make it creamier? What about being able to taste the broccoli and grapes, because the sunflower seeds are sure as heck none existent. As far as the cucumber/tomato/onion salad, just NO at the Sand Springs location. They use an oily dressing with pepper flakes. I'll just stick with all of the other locations and never go back to the Sand Springs location.
