Came here for an early dinner based off of a recommendation from locals. The food is very good - smoked wings were delicious; ribs were just tender enough. The menu has a variety of sides that would appeal to many tastes. On the table are 4 sauces and they are happy to give you more from the long list - I asked for Caribbean Jerk: sweet and spicy. Service was nice and attentive. Atmosphere was nice enough. Indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of TV screens playing sports. Recommended for the food.

We went to watch a game at the bar. That failed since it was so busy, so we got seated in a booth, at least we could see our team. The food was not outstanding as some BBQ joints but doable. I was not expecting such a tiny half chicken, I guess they don't grow up anymore. It was cooked to temp. I wasn't that fond of any of the bbq sauces, which were not marked, but one was ok. The green beans were not good. Cooked for sure but odd flavor and soggy. I love green beans but couldn't eat them. The sweet potato and hush puppies were good. The temperature of the food and building were both comfortable. The service was great. We felt guilty about taking up a booth to watch the game so we left and didn't get to watch the rest since it's not a local team. A 4 star overall for all the games, that package isn't cheap! I wish your bar was bigger!

We came in tonight on Christmas Day and our server (Laurie) was fantastic! You can tell the restaurant had a busy day due to being one of the few open establishments on a major holiday but she was sweet and professional the entire time. We got the 3 meat combo and the portions were just perfect! Their sauce is tasty and the food was super fresh and moist. We will definitely be back. My husband also enjoyed watching some of the football games on the big screens as well. Overall, a great experience. We really do appreciate you being open and serving us on Christmas day.

Loved it! The menu for entrees, sandwiches, sides etc is excellent! Our choices of smoked turkey and chicken delicious, well prepared, and promptly served. Service was prompt, friendly; drinks were good. We were on the patio and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to returning and trying more items.

Customer service was unfortunately a zero. Even after speaking with two managers. Nina was especially rude and condescending. The pic shows the food to be taken home ( left overs ) but as I was ordering an identical item to go a waitress took the food away despite a to go box next to the plate. Waitress replaced the meat but not the sides. When I called the restaurant asking for a credit for the sides I had to speak with three people. John offered to only replace the sides if I would drive the 40 minutes to get them. Refusing the offer I was transferred to Nina who promptly told me I should've told the waitress I wanted the sides ( I did tell the waitress ). Apparently the restaurant can't afford a $4 or $5 refund so Nina told me I couldn't have the sides because I didn't pay for my meal as I was someone's guest!! She failed to explain why I'm allowed to take home the entrée' though My low overall rating reflects the managers lack of customer service - without a restaurant is nothing 09-18-2023 2.32pm

-0 Overall If implementing a loyalty reward program, it's crucial to honor it consistently. Today, when trying to redeem my stamp card for a free lunch, I was informed that they discontinued the program at the end of December. When I inquired about any notices on Facebook or their website, I was told there were none. Lack of communication leaves customers in the dark. The lady at the window mentioned that management won't budge on redeeming stamps, highlighting a lack of coherence. It's essential for businesses to follow through on their initiatives or provide clear signage when ending programs. This approach reflects poorly on customer service and makes a good customer a past customer. - Past Customer

We were seated in the back room even though there were open seats in the front by bar, my first thought was out of sight, out of mind! This turned out to be true, we ordered drinks, apps and dinner. Water came quickly, drinks took awhile (maybe 20 minutes), one drink never came! Waited a good 50 minutes and apps came out (they were lukewarm) and 2 minutes later all the entrees came out. Who wants to eat their apps with their dinner? 2 of the entrees were wrong, but our server quickly corrected them. Brisket was average, ribs were good, sides were tasty! Don't generally like to blame the server for poor service if the kitchen is backed up, but he never came back until after the food was delivered by the food runner. Left him a nice tip anyway! We now have lots of wings for football today. Not a good night for us here, but we will try again.

Been twice and both meals were pretty dang good. It's been a little challenging finding good BBQ in the area, but this place checks a lot of boxes. Even the burger was very solid. Very friendly staff and attentive service.
