My first at Charley's. Great food terrible customer service. I asked to use the bathroom and she said no I just cleaned it. REALLY!!!!!! I placed two orders small Philly everything and regular Philly no mushrooms no green peppers they messed that up too. Thanks tho liked the food not the service. Zero stars for customer service

Dont get a large they give the the same amount on a regular. Also, triple bacon means 3 pieces of bacon.

I actually was looking forward to a Philly steak, but seriously had to use the bathroom, but was told “customers only” I have to buy something first before I could go to the bathroom! Definitely went and ate at chipotle next door instead!!! That’s crazy I told them I am going to eat there. Which I was. But I’m good!!

The food is and was amazing with large serving. And staff are friendly and polite
