Had lunch here and the manager was awesome he took real good care of us, he was very professional and cordial. The restaurant was very clean the quality of the cheese steaks here were hot and was of the best I've ever had. They brought the food to our table, we have been to other Charley's for lunch and we enjoy it each time but this one is by far the best we've been to. We will be back!! Excellent service!!

First time visiting this location. Ordered through the drive-thru and customer service (Isaiah) was excellent! The food was hot and fresh!
2nd time here. The wings are nothing more than the ones that likely come off the Sysco truck, but i like them. The sauces are great. I have to come back to try the steak sandwich. It was slow. Veey clean. Staff were constantly working and friendly. Great experience.
Pretty Good Food (I still think Countryside mall Location is better than this one) but overall good! I hate how you have to À la cart everything gets to be pricey doing it that way but other than that not disappointed and service was good!
My chicken Philly had very little chicken and not much on flavor. I got four garlic parmesan chicken wings and they were a little weird, big bone very little meat. See the attached photos. Also didn't like the loud football game in Spanish on the TV.
As a Philly native, I will tell you not even close to a REAL cheese streak, however, cheese fries were pretty close to Philly Chease Fries. Service was excellent! Friendly and quick!
Delicious chicken cheese steak sandwich with bacon. Decided to try Charlys. Glad I did. Huge healthy sandwich for 14. Could have served two. Will be back.
