My recent visit to Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings was a mixed experience. Upon entering, I encountered a situation where an employee and a customer were arguing, which was a bit disconcerting. However, once I placed my order, the focus shifted to the food. I opted for the wings, and while they were tasty, there was an excess of sauce that somewhat overwhelmed the overall flavor. On the positive side, the chicken itself was well-cooked, maintaining a good texture. The standout of the meal was the fries – absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned, they complemented the meal exceptionally well. Despite the initial encounter and the sauciness of the wings, the enjoyable chicken and outstanding fries make me consider returning to Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings for another try. With a hope for a smoother visit next time, the potential for a satisfying dining experience is definitely there.

For my first time here, my experience here was great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the ordering process was simple. The food was so good and given in a timely manner, I ordered and received my food in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend getting a strawberry lemonade! 🍓

Stopped by for lunch, was greeted immediately as I walked in, the manager was very kind and patient with our group. Explaining the menu and suggesting some of her favorites. Food was delicious!! Strawberry lemonade was on point. We will definitely be back.

It was my first time trying this place and was recommended by a friend. First thing I noticed was they cooked to order! They have friendly staff, welcoming and nice. I would definitely recommend coming back!

I was traveling outside of the city & saw this place claim to be the #1 cheesesteak in the world so decided to test that out. The place (which is your standard modern restaurant decor complete with brick veneer) was completely empty. It took less than 10 minutes for me to receive my order which was a regular philly cheese steak that came out to be $10 for the sandwich alone. The sandwich itself is about 7-8 inches long. It comes with quite a few toppings including full slices of pickles, tomatoes, green peppers, grilled onions, etc. There is a good amount of cheese on it as well. The cheese is melted, but they didn't give it enough time as you can still see the lines from the individual slices & it's not browned. There also seems to be some mayo on the toasted bread that's packed with meat. They definitely don't skimp on anything here. It definitely looks good, but how does it taste? You can somewhat taste that Philly profile. Overall it's a good sandwich, but definitely not good enough to be #1 in the world. I started putting together the pieces as to why it's a ghost town. If the meat were seasoned a bit better then maybe it would put it in that top tier, but for now others will reign as king.

The workers ESPECIALLY Marcella and the whole entire night crew was very DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! She snatched the card out of my daughter’s hand and almost closed her hand into the drive thru window. She unplugged the scanner and told her that the Apple Pay was not working. Since the machine wasn’t working I told them that I can come back to pay for it. Got back she tried to give us the same food. Food was given cold and didn’t even give the option of remaking it. Money was taken and was told the money will be credited back and nothing has happened yet. As far as the other workers one walked up to the window rolled her eyes and the MANAGER was even horrible. What kind of service is this? No worries!!!! I’ll be in touch with corporate. Date of service 1/2/2024 from 8:30 -9pm!!!!

Fantastic food, very clean and even better customer service. Cashier Araceli Rameriz was very kind and helpful with my order and her recommendation to try a the Chicken Philly is now my favorite 👍👍

Ask for you philly well done and it wont disappoint meal is pretty steep on price got the 12 inch and mozz sticks pretty tasty i hoghly reccomend this location. About 18 bucks total.
