First time customer on 1/27/24 and I didn't appreciate the attitude of the cashier. She was rushing, rude, and not very patient. Everyone else was great and the food was delicious.
Food was delicious as always. Service was on point to make sure it was made the way we wanted. Atmosphere cannot really be controlled as it is in the food court. So worth it though!!
I always get the chicken California,no bun and extra veggies.

I said no tomatoes because I am allergic, yet they added tomatoes. Also I ordered two large drinks I didn't receive either drink which was extremely upsetting. Plus sandwich I gave to my friend he hated it he said it was extremely too soggy to the point bread was extremely gooey and nasty. I don't recommend this place to anyone... Smh
I initially went out to Monroeville Mall to visit The Colab and see what they have to offer small business owners as myself to sponsor their business and happened to get hungry and stopped at charleys for some loaded fries. They were very good.
Best one I've been too, they had spicy pickles on the sub it made a gigantic difference.

Great cheesesteaks & great chicken fingers. Technically the chicken fingers were a "kids meal" but it was the only way to get them so that's what I ordered. Came with small fry, 3 big pieces of perfectly fried chicken, ranch dip, a small drink & a small pack of oreos. It filled this adult up. My husband ordered the cheesesteak, he said it was tender and delicious.
Fast service and freshly made food. We were very pleased.
