Charleston Sports Pub - Sports bar in Charleston - 1124 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, USA

Really good spot, beer was cold and came out quick. Service was solid and food took about 15-20 minutes to come out. The burger was cooked perfect just like how I like and the bacon and peach jam were great, the pimento cheese wasn’t my favorite though. The nashville hot chicken tacos were excellent and the Mac n cheese was very good! Definitely check out this local sports pub! First time was great, but this time I went in on a Friday night at 6pm and we were seated quickly then nobody came and talked to us. I asked one server if she was our server and we would like to order drinks and food and she just looked at me and said no I am not so after 20 minutes of waiting we walked out… really want to see this place do well as it’s right next to my house but this was awful!

Ordered my food via their website at 720 pm, arrived at 8 pm for pick up, was told it would be just a minute. Food was not ready until 8:40 pm. It’s okay if you all need extra time to prepare food. Please just identify that on the website while placing the order to avoid a 40 minute wait in your location. When food was finally ready, wings were cold and dry. Cajun pasta was good. They forgot my side of fries. I’ve had good experiences in the past with Charleston Sports Pub, particularly the James Island and Mt Pleasant locations. Will not return to the West Ashley location.

Nice-looking sports bar when you walk in the door. It ended there though. We had to ask the hostess if she would seat us. The waiter disappeared twice for long periods as we attempted to order. We had to ask the waitress to find him twice so we could order an appetizer and then again for our main meals. As we started to order, the waiter told us they were out of wings and other main menu items. We asked for our check and left.

We stopped by this sports bar to watch some football. The atmosphere was good. A lot of TVs are broadcasting different football games. I ordered the On The Border burger. I asked for well done, and it came out medium. My fries were cold. Our waitress was terrible. She couldn't remember anything we ordered. When we asked for refills, she rolled her eyes. She made our experience unpleasant. I recommend finding another place to watch the game.

We had Liz as a server. She really was very friendly and attentive but not over the top. Food is always great as a sports pub style situation. It’s hot. Fresh. And consistent. Live music on a Friday was a little loud for our inside tastes but they have dining outside and it was a great night. We even got to watch a Jeep Show Parade.

Ryba was phenomenal. Had a smile the whole time and made the experience so enjoyable. Drinks stayed full and was consistent on checking to make sure we were okay. We got the bird dog fries to start and then got the Wednesday wing special. Food came out hot and fast. Highly recommend the honey mustard bbq flavor.

this place USED to be amazing but after my past few experiences, i regret giving them that many chances. at my last dine-in experience, our waiter ignored our table for nearly 45 mins after we received our food & never brought our drink refills. we ended up having to ask the host to get him to receive the check. my past 3 take out orders I’ve received bone-in wings instead of boneless like i ordered. tonight i was also given the wrong flavor and after eating part of one, realized they were also undercooked.

The bartenders are the reason I keep coming back. Ashley, Madison, Meg, Kevin, Ryba, and Julia are the best. They clearly enjoy their jobs and give great service. Only negative feedback would be they need more ashtrays. I’m not a litter bug, want to dispose in the proper channels.
