Charles Springer MD - Orthopedic surgeon in Fort Myers - 14601 Hope Ctr Lp, USA

Dr Springer is very knowledgeable and is in it for the patient, not the money. He did the least invasive surgery for me, with my wellbeing, in mind. I recovered in a short amount of time. His staff are impeccable and have great bedside manners. I highly recommend Dr Spinger and/or his clinic.

3 days before my work comp appointment with this doctor in December 2023, I receive a text message and email stating to go to his office on Cleveland avenue in Fort Myers I show up 10 minutes before my appointment time after driving north for 15 minutes so I can make sure I made it on time. I show up and every door is locked and I finally find a piece of paper on one of the windows stating his office has moved. So I called the new number to his office and speak to the receptionist who calls his office staff to find out if I can still make my appointment that day. The receptionist came back on the line and said sure they'll still take you today come on over we'll wait for you. So I drive 20 minutes south to get to this doctor's office, I walk into reception I stand there tell her who I'm there to see she calls his office, hangs up then gets on the phone with one of her friends talking for 15 minutes and giggling and on and on and finally I say excuse me where is his office so I can go to reception there and she goes oh have a seat over there now. I've been working all day since 6:00 a.m. and I'm exhausted and this girl sitting there ignoring me making me stand there for no reason for 15 minutes. I turn around and sit in the chair in 15 or 20 minutes later some young lady comes out of his office dressed in scrubs and says oh I'm sorry we changed your appointment to another date. and I told her I'm here. you told me to come here you would wait for me. I want to see the doctor today get this over with so I can get my surgery done. Well that's not possible we had to reschedule you and we sent you an email for that, which she did not. I explained her you've already sent me to the one office I already called here to make sure I can get my appointment today I came down here cuz your office said I could see the doctor today after wasting a half an hour a bunch of my gas 45 minutes driving do you turn around and tell me that I have to go back and come back another day. Well my time is just as valuable as that damn doctors and you people wasting my time and don't give a rats rear end about anybody can kiss my rear end I consider you totally rude and totally unprofessional and I don't want a damn thing to do with you and if anybody else reads this I wouldn't recommend this doctor to remove a freaking mole off of my left toe. No respect in the office they can give a damn less about anybody else but themselves they lied to me wasted my time wasting my gas they can kiss my rear end

Dr. Springer is awesome. He, and his highly skilled surgical group did an amazing job. Pre-surgery the nurses made sure I was comfortable. On the Office side Dr Springer's group really let me down. Pre-surgery, and post surgery needs were absolutely atrocious. Even though promised, not one returned phone call. Leaving me hanging. Not a very well run office.

The services that I received from Dr. Springer were excellent. Dr. Springer and his staff are friendly and informed me about my before and after surgical care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends.

I had a follow up visit just a couple weeks after the hurricane. EVERYone at the office was so very nice, as usual - but they had just endured a drastic disaster and still treated everyone with a smile!! Dr Springers scheduler Brittany is so very nice & personable. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Partial knee replacement was fast and easy. Highly recommend the practice and Dr. Springer. The whole staff was wonderful, especially my nurse Diana. I was new to the area and they were able to see me quickly and schedule the surgery within a month

I am very pleased with the outcome of my right shoulder replacement by Dr. Springer. Great service and professionalism by him and his team. At 6 weeks post op, they have stressed the importance of the ongoing physical therapy.
