Highly recommend using this platform for a silent auction. Our nonprofit normally uses paper bidding for our annual silent auction, but this year we used CharityAuctionsToday. The platform was very easy to use and customize to fit our needs. And their customer service is also outstanding.

I used CharityAuctionsToday to host an online auction for my work. We had an excellent experience! The online platform was extremely straightforward to set up, easy to manage and find reports, and the user experience was great. Their tech support team was also fantastic. Everyone responded promptly and solved our issues every time. This is also the online free online platform we could find that will process funds in Canadian Dollars. We will definitely use CharityAuctionsToday for future auctions.

Yesterday, we closed our third online dessert auction on this platform. As usual, it was an extremely positive experience and a successful fundraiser. We particularly like the ease creating a visually attractive auction and the convenience for bidders to use it. We even received some cash donations. The post-auction reporting options are extremely helpful and appreciated. We are a small non-profit and used the free option, and we greatly recommend Charity Auctions Today for other organizations. In fact, I did just this and know that 2 other non-profits in our town used it.

Charity Auctions Today was an absolute disaster. It started out great, and quickly went downhill. We raised about 15-20% of our normal funds on their system. Never again. We used Charity Auctions Today after holding successful online auctions with a different company for the past two years. Our executive director had used Charity Auctions Today with a different nonprofit and had a good experience. However, we didn't realize (and they never told us) that they had completely changed their platform since that time, and the new one was certainly nowhere near ready for end use. Basic functionality was missing -- simple reports, ability to communicate with donors, bulk editing, settings, etc. Everything they said we could do in the demo suddenly didn't work on their new platform. That should have been our first clue that something wasn't right. But it got worse. On the day our auction was set to start, the whole system didn't work. No one could bid. We still have no idea why -- it took their support team hours to get it up and running. And we're still finding issues with invoices and other simple things after the auction is finished. Overall, I suspect we lost money on this auction. Our previous auction platform certainly had its own challenges, but we'll be returning to them next year.

Our Online Holiday auction through Charity Auctions Online was a huge success. The customer service team at Charity auctions was very prompt and helpful, and the interface is very user friendly!

I've had 2 great experiences with Charity Auctions Today. The auctions are super easy to set up and add items along with pictures and descriptions. The end of auction reports are great for organizing items for pickup and seeing what items were unsold. I also like the very quick responses I received from their webchat option. This is a great platform and I will be using it yearly for my main nonprofit charity auction.

Excellent Platform! Easy to use when creating and as a bidder. I also used their chat function when I was having issues with my pictures. They responded right away and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend!
