If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable and safe space in the area, this is a steal! Stayed here solo, the room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Customer service was fantastic! Sandy was great and so kind. There’s plenty of parking and the premises are kept very, very clean. The photos don’t do the justice, this is a very nice hotel. They went above, and beyond for me. After check out, I had forgotten my medication in the fridge and Sandy kept it safe for me, and returned to me safely. Could not be happier with my stay, and will be recommending to all my friends who want to stay in the area! Thank you so much.

The welcome service and housekeepers were very welcoming, understanding and helpful throughout the stay. Very easy check in & checkout process. Very clean environment, non smoking motel. The stay felt like I was sleeping in my open bed. 100% recommend!!!!

GOOD - Location, walking distance from Burger King, Taco Bell, other foods nearby, and a gas station directly across the street. Beautiful as the photos depicted! Clean, quiet. The Maids staff are responsive and cordial. |BAD - My room had no coffee machine, and no options for making coffee or tea in my room. Coffee is available at the office window, upon request, as it was made for me per cup upon my request. A beautiful breakfast room was visible, yet unavailable for use; closed off, with signs pointing towards the office. |JUST OK - A microwave was available in the room, but no instant coffee was available to make to suffice for waiting until 8:00 a.m. for coffee from the office.|WHAT I TOLD MY FRIEND: " A nice place to be, beautiful to look at, but this place runs like COVID 19 is still in order, with the closed breakfast room; yet the maid wore NO gloves and NO face mask." |TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS: If you want coffee, bring your own instant coffee and proper cups because the cups for the microwave here are plastic. FYI the balcony sitting area is available for all, though it is not posted.

My stay at Chariot Inn was wonderful due to the managers of the Inn. They were able to work with me as I dealt with my son's surgery and recovery. The room was comfortable and I felt peaceful and taken care of. Thank you so much.

booked a double bed room through Agoda on 9/6/24, arrived at the hotel with 105 degree sweltering weather and it appears the hotel owners wanted to take advantage of the patrons at the hotel.... they insisted that i only paid for a single bed hotel even though my reciept clearly stated TWIN BEDS.Plural beds not singular bed ... of course they offered to upgrade the room for an additional $50 per night . Completely outrageous and insulting . Avoid like the plague the hotel is operated by scammers

We were at a weekend event in Pasadena and The Chariot Inn was so convenient, only 15 minutes away. A great value, pleasant and clean room, super-friendly staff! This was our second time staying at The Chariot Inn, and just as nice as the first.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It did the job for a quick, overnight visit to Glendale! Great value as well. We were extremely satisfied. If you want plush and luxurious, this might not be the motel for you, but we wanted simple and clean.

Super quiet at night and everything is easily accessible. We just needed a safe, quiet place to rest with our kids and we got just that. Thank you so much for a great stay!
