Chapla Park - Park in Racine - 7339 Lakeshore Dr, USA

It's a small secluded beach area overlooking the water. A few benches like the hill to sit and relax in the sun. To get to the water you have to walk down a steep hill and over some rocks. The beach is pretty littered and the water is a brownish color due to the nearby factory. Nice place to sit and stare at the water, but not much else

A few benches for taking in the sights; a picnic table is available, with trash cans. A lot of people come here to walk their dogs. Can see Milwaukee in the distance. Street Parking only.

Great little park hidden away on the shores of Lake Michigan. This park is perfect for lake views, or photo opportunities, throughout the day. Street parking is very easy and abundant. The trail you have to go down to get to the beach is a little tricky, we did go down right after it had rained and it was very slippery. Unless I'm missing some fantastic main entrance LOL. Parking is just on the side of the road. Unfortunately this beach seemed a little more garbage-ridden than others in Racine. Lots of dead fish which equals lots of flies and just trash in general.

Beautiful view!!! I went in search of beach glass… I found a few pieces but was mostly rock. Cool beach but it’s a rather steep hill to climb.

No direct access to the beach, and couldn't locate any trails topside either. Decent view though, especially for locals.

Perfect little spot that overlooks Lake Michigan. Great for a lunch break or enjoying a sunrise.

Beautiful park with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan! I love the quiet safe neighborhood. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
