Chapel Hill North Apartments - Apartment complex in Chapel Hill - 200 Perkins Dr, USA

This is one of best apartment complexes I have ever been to. I toured the 1bed, 1 bath, apt with an in unit washer and dryer, and an oversized bedroom closet. The bathroom was amazing and the large bedroom had a very nice ceiling fan. A very large living area with balcony and the kitchen sink had a garbage disposal also. Maria and Brandy from the leasing were very helpful when I was there. The amenities also were very nice with the small gym, a very nice pool, a great dog park. The building was extremely clean and everyone is so nice there. And they have different theme gatherings monthly and it seems nice.

Love this community! The property is so well maintained . Environment is very clean, peaceful, quiet and landscape well manicured! All the staff are super friendly, helpful and on top of their work! They hold regular Resident’s events and events are fun and interesting. So happy to be here!

My Mother and I took a tour with Maria a few weeks ago and she was great! The manager Brandy was very informative with the applying information when I called back for some questions. I enjoyed the size of the dog park as well as the firepit area. Im still considering applying but overall it looks like a great place to live. Also its near Harris Teeter which is a BIG plus!

I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment here and absolutely love it so far! The apartment itself is very modern and well designed. I've had no issues with other residents or staff. The community is very welcoming and peaceful. There is also a great, fenced-in doggy area with toys, balls, water jugs, doggy bags, waste bins, and a decent amount of room for dogs to run around. I've never had any issues with parking and the other facilities and amenities are great. The adjacent shopping center is also very convenient. Overall, a really nice place to live!

Just a wonderful place to live! We did not expect such a fantastic place to live, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, infrastructure is 100% out of 100%, stylish renovation in the apartments, green and well-groomed territory, underground parking, grocery stores and cafes are within walking distance, friendly neighbors, interesting events for residents and of course safety. And most important thing is the wonderful and responsive staff, special thanks to Sara Brady, without her we could not even take a step towards our dream and our new home! Highly recommend Chapel Hill North, adorable place to live!

Overall had been a decent experience up to now. Came out this morning to find my car was broken into. Nothing was left on the seats or floor and I make sure to clean my car out daily so as not to attract any would be thieves. Those efforts didn't make any difference. Nothing was taken because there was nothing to take in the vehicle however now I have to spend the day searching for an auto glass repair shop instead of going to work. The property has been sending around notices to keep valuables out of vehicles and doors locked and advising people to obtain steering wheel locks instead of addressing the problem. People are generally very kind and helpful here but if you own a vehicle and don't want your property damaged you may want to think a bit more before moving here.

Nice place to live! The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and attentive. They are very personable and have treats for my dog each time we go into the main building. My dog loves the dog park and we have a great "dog park crew" that meet out daily and socialize.
