Small park and home to Marblehead Lighthouse. There’s a parking lot for around 20 cars, and can be busy on the weekends in the summer.
You basically drive out to the end of the peninsula to get to the light. You can walk right up to it, but it’s not open. There’s a restroom here and some grassy areas to hang out. To the right of the parking area is a small rocky beach, and on the other side of the light is a chasm you could walk down to the ocean.
What a lovely little park. It's rare for me to come this far down the coast, but I have a show shortly, just across the water here. It's a record warm and sunny day, perfect for Piping in the Seabreeze. I wonder if the sailboats could hear. Lots of benches and places to lay a blanket. This was a wonderful discovery. Drop by.
Very nice location. Parking is not great! Must park a distance and walk to the shores! Entrance is thru a residential area where you come across NO PARKING signs everywhere, I was uniting a lovely couple (max 20 minutes) and local PD was already ticketing me ☹️
I saw an Instagram reel telling me how amazing this place was AND a former colleague seconding the reel so perhaps I had high expectations going there. I'm saying this because unfortunately, the park did not live up to those expectations. I mean, the rock formations were interesting, but there were very few trees and the view was nothing special. The place was also pretty small and the restrooms were closed (for the winter?)
Beautiful overlook! Parking is rough, especially on a nice summer weekend, but if you can find a spot it is worth a few minutes to hop out and enjoy the picturesque overlook.
Parking is limited and it was more crowded than I remembered when I was a kid. The scenery was still very beautiful though. Some people don't pick up after their dogs and others blast their music while fishing and it detracts from what was once a peaceful experience.
Wonderful place to sit and enjoy the water, boats and lighthouse. Tranquil, lots of green space

Very scenic spot located directly opposite Marblehead Lighthouse at opening to Marblehead Harbor. The fort is what remains of the earthworks, plus a bunker not currently open to the public (doors are open, but gated you can peek in)

Simply the best Greek food Iâve ever had! The appetizers; octopus, cauliflower, zucchini chips and the fried cheese were super good. You must try the lamb shank. It was delicious. Dessert was amazing too. The service was amazing.
Best meal EVAH! First time here and we will definitely be back. Loved the Thai soup made with coconut milk and chicken along with bang bang shrimp. Then grilled rack of lamb and spicy beef dishes.
I visited this place as I have family in the area. Incredible is the only way to describe this place. Amazing food, great prices, and Tom is THE MAN! We had a feta and pepperoni pizza. The crust is like nothing I have had anywhere. The crust was crip
Having lived in Wakefield and enjoyed being within walking distance of that location, we were excited to see they had a Marblehead location after we moved to Salem. Hubs bday choice was to try them out:) On January 17th.
It was a dark slow Tuesday
