From the first visit, there was professionalism and understanding. I was looking to update our 20-year-old HVAC system that had many problems with how it was originally installed. Our old unit would run no stop during a 90° day outside and would not keep the house cool. After calling other companies to come and provide quotes, I found that Chambersburg Super Techs were the only ones that really came in and provided a solution that was correct, but affordable. When it came time for the installation of the units, there was once again nothing but professional ism. The team that did the work respected our house and us, making sure to provide us with updates on the progress of the work. Every morning, I would get a call letting me know they were on their way and when they were done, they cleaned up everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. When it came to the appearance of the equipment, they would make sure that they had your approval prior to making everything permanent. I can say that this group is top notch and with my experience they back up every claim they make.

The service was excellent! I called at 8:30 and Taner arrived here at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options. I chose one, he had all the parts needed on his truck and he had it running in short order. Very professional, thorough, and polite service. I don't usually write reviews; this one is well deserved!

Called to get service for the HVAC unit which was not functioning normally. It was after hours but Miss Sandy processed my request and passed it on to Reagan. He called me for additional details while enroute to my house. Within two hours from the initial call the unit was up and running. My husband said that Super Techs will be calling to arrange a followup service appointment. Excellent professional, quality service.
