Chambers Hill - Bar & grill in Green Bay - 12350 Velp Ave, USA

Nice menu selection at reasonable prices. Food was very good-had the mushroom Swiss burger, very good. Staff was friendly. Remodeled during covid-19 and looks very nice. Hadn't been there in many years.

A local recommended I get the burgers here. I was not disappointed. The bun is the highest quality I have yet to experience and the patty itself was cooked to perfection. Fries were fabulous. Service was wonderful. The dining area is clean and tidy.

I had the 1/3# Bacon Cheeseburger with tater tots. Loved it! Juicy burger meat, nice bun, with all the fixings. I live in Germany and such tasty burgers are hard to come by. Great to be home to enjoy this one! Keep up the great quality and hope you’re here when I visit in the future’

First time ever stopping at this establishment. Last Friday night about 6pm. It's very clear there is a specific crowd of regulars catered to here over all others. Wait staff was great, when we saw her... Ten minute wait for a mixer refill isn't all that bad in a packed house. We get it. You're Chambers Hill, you're busy. One hour and thirty five minute wait on the fish plates. That to me is kind of ridiculous. Anywhere else in brown county you will be under an hour, even at River St Pier, the Rite Place, Redwood etc. Perch plate was so salty I couldn't even finish it. Could be a fluke batch of breading? Other halfs plate was perfect. Fries are to die for. Slaw and bread that comes with the perch are also perfect. Great if you have some time to kill. Not so great if you've worked up an appetite on a Friday along with a powerful thirst. Probably have to be at this place well before 5 on a Friday without having a long wait. You'll be tipsy by the time your food arrives otherwise.

Disappointing!!! Waited over an hour for food to arrive. The appetizer arrive 3 minutes before the meal. We were charged extra for using a debit card. Had to pay for 2 tonic waters. They should have given that for free for the extreme wait. My red potatoes were tasteless and soggy. Fish was mediocre. Best part was the coleslaw. We had to wait additional 20 minutes for them to process our payment. The entire staff went to the kitchen to eat leftover haddock. We planned a hirer tip as it was not our waitresses fault but the additional fee left us short. The two younger staff were doing more chatting than actual work. The young lady with the black swimming suit needs to dress more appropriately for food service. It won’t be on our list again.

Chambers is best known for their broasted chicken. Let's get that out of the way! Lol their menu is filled with good options. We ordered the wings and they were spectacular. Thank you to the staff that was working hard that day. We will def be back

We drive by this place on our way home all the time and decided to give it a try on Friday. We got there around 8 place was a little under half full. Didn't see a hostess so I asked a waitress if we seat ourself. She replied No No we are done for the night. I said ok she proceeded to tell us she was slammed. So won't be going back they have enough customers.

Friday fish fry was really crowded, we waited 2 hours after we ordered for food. Which we understand things can get busy, but our waitress had too many tables & didn't come back for our 2nd drink order, didn't communicate when the food was coming. We had to find her & she kept saying 15 minutes. Fish was tasty, but we will pick somewhere else, they don't need our business.
