Chalet Motel - Motel in St. George - 664 E St George Blvd, USA

This motel recently got a new manager, Cristeen. She’s absolutely amazing! She helps all employees with everything and is already ensuring a healthy welcoming work environment, as well as nice clean rooms. All employees are awesome and dedicate themselves for their customers.

There is a lady named Christeen, she is amazing. Our trip turned out to be a nightmare! She helped us and went out of her way to help us get here to the motel safely. Our 9 hour trip had turned into a 16 hour trip. She was keeping me calm and had told me not to worry my room would still be there no matter the time. She is very friendly, waved to us and came to talk to us this morning before we headed out. I will definitely come stay again if we are in the area! Rooms are clean, big beds, and staff is friendly. What more can you ask for? Idk if she will see this but thank you!!! She went above and beyond..

Great updated motel. The rooms are modern and clean with a lot of space. Its central location and walkable access to restaurants make it even better. And the best part if the staff - they are communicative (keys are procured from a lock box) and helpful. I left something of value behind in the room and Christeen and her staff went out of their way to help me find it and get it back to me. I am forever appreciative. (And would have given the room a 5-stars either way. :))

I had a lovely newly renovated room. So clean! Even the remote had a wrap saying it was sanitized! Decent chair and table, new fridge and micro. Bright and fresh. Service couldn't have been better! Great location, easy in and out of town. Original sandwich place and tavern within walking distance. So nice after a day in my car traveling! Hope to stay again.

We had an unexpected family emergency and had to spend an extra night in St. George. We only got to know about it late on the evening we had to figure out accommodation. We literally just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I was going to go with a larger hotel chain but upon calling this motel and speaking with Christeen I felt comfortable switching. I also like supporting small businesses. I explained we had an emergency and that I had 2 small service dogs and Christeen was absolutely amazing! Truly, she is the ONLY positive part of the service experience we had. Imagine my stress when after sorting out our accommodation and being told everything was in order, I was called twice AND texted asking about the dogs and their training, etc WHILE dealing with our crisis. I was really disappointed in the way I was hounded and will not be back. While asking about what my dogs are trained for is legal, how about you either have your staff ask me that when I’m on the call or figure out a less invasive way of dealing with your fear of having a service dog at your property instead of adding to someone’s stress while dealing with an emergency?!

Stopped for the night. We are doing a cross-country trip. The room was spacious and so the bathroom. Super clean. Staff welcoming.

Clean, comfortable, renovated room at the good price. Comfy beds, clean showers. Quick check in, friendly staff. It was noisy outside, but it is coming with the location.

My experience is a one considering that the rooms are nasty and the management is even nastier I asked to be switched rooms and got denied multiple times and then they decided to put me into the hottest room on purpose with carpet stains. I will never return here and I suggest you don’t either
