Absolutely the WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR! communication skills are 0-None. They honestly do not care for their employees & will do anything to make themselves “look good” on top of that, they don’t like to help you, when you are in need. They’ll look at you no more then a bump in the road. If I could give no stars I would. Worst job experience! Also, if you do decide to bring back equipment good luck trying to get in touch with this company - Emails and phone calls will never work! Even the contact numbers when your first hired DOESNT WORK! they will wait months and months and then contact you trying to charge your credit $4000! Please do not choose this company , worst mistake I’ve ever made. This company is very unprofessional & pay is not worth at all.

Very very cheap company. Their Tech Support agents are paid 12.50 an hour! 🤣😆 Let that sink in! And this is a software company owned by IBM!!! They're cheap as heck! And want you to learn so much for Peanuts!!!!? They should be ashamed of themselves paying less than Walmart!and McDonald's for a fraction of the price! And SOME companies wonder why they can't keep staff!!!!!!, They're cheapos like CGS!!¡

I was hired on with the promise of specific schedule. At the time I used public transportation, and explained that I would only be available for hours the bus ran. They understood and agreed. I worked for about 8 months with no problems. The work was easy and my coworkers were friendly, even my team lead and manager were friendly and fun to work with. Then they fired the manager with no warning and began demanding that we rush customers through calls to 'keep our numbers down'. They even encouraged us to hang up on customers at times, just so the call time stayed low. We were informed that even though we had been hired for the sole purpose of tracking customers' orders and reporting our findings; now we would be in charge of handling customers' bills and accounts, and even somehow expected to fix customers' cellphones without being present. At the same time, we were told that we would no longer work the hours we had been hired for, but would have to compete every three months for a new schedule. The full-time job we all had been hired for could change from 40 hours to as low as 20, depending solely on how fast our calls were, not whether or not the customer's problems were resolved. Most co-workers simply 'lost the call' by hanging up on customers, or passed the customers' calls on to other offices to get rid of them. The employers did not care at all, they only wanted the calls to remain short. I took one look at the new 'improved' 40 hour workweeks the company was offering as a reward and realized I would be forced to take a cab to work most days because the buses would quit running during my shifts. I did the math and realized that on the days public transportation was available, I would go from a 3 hour daily commute to a 4 hour commute at best; at worst there were some days I would be commuting for 6 hours. My travel expenses would also go from $18 dollars per week, to $75 dollars per week. And that was with the 'improved' schedule. When I quit, they refused to take my 2 weeks notice seriously. They asked me to make appointments with various managers to work it out, instead. I talked to each manager and was told that they wouldn't budge on the schedules. So I went ahead and quit. One of the team leads told me that I had no choice but to work the hours they gave me because 'how will you pay your bills?'. I explained that I actually did have a choice since I only took the job as a hobby, not because I needed the money. It's too bad. It had been a really fun place to work.

Some very nice people work here. However don't expect to get paid close to anything you are worth. Also, you will never get a raise unless officially promoted. Overworked, underpaid and unhappy employees. Also don't get comfortable as you may hear the, "your position has been eliminated" at the drop of a hat, just to have your senior support team member be handed your job duties and theirs. Then to see, magically your position to reappear a month later with a different name. Team Lead = Operations Supervisor

I worked here. The beginning was good, it was like friendly , but that’s what they make you think. Once you in your in. First off the employees are nice until they hear rumors. Employees live off of rumors, it’s like a high school, gossip here and there. It’s annoying two days in and a rumor is spread. It’s who has the best clothes, or whose dating who, whose getting paid more, who hates who and so on. It’s idiotic. The employees that are respectful are clearly seen, but those employees can be hand counted. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. I loved it at first but once the gossip and unprofessional behavior began I decided I didn’t need to be judged by unprofessional adults.

This would have to be the worst place I have worked at . They say that they are understanding and work with people but that is an understatement as they new about my medical history and The continuous doctors notes that were given and continuous notices . It was fine the first year or so, but afterwards they switched me from different department from department with about five different trainings it became a little bit too much. Add about the last few months they put us in a new training class for tech the hours for it were not up to par they wanted wanted me to work from 2 to 11 but couldn’t leave until all the calls in the queue were done which were not until 12 o’clock. I explain to them I was unable to do the long hours of shift because of my medical reasons there was a lack of communication they said it was going to be on a waitlist I was not able to wait on the waitlist missed a week of work because medication I was supposed to take at a certain time but I couldn’t take it because I had to work until 11 when the supervisor says that they will get back to you or try to help you they never do.. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE COMPANY .. AND THEY DONT VALUE THERE EMPLOYEES ..

As a manager, they will not let you replace certain reps that should have been let go YEARS AGO. They also do not support their team leads and give very little training or feedback. Dont be fooled by all the smiles. They are smiling when they gossip about you as well.

Awful company to work for! They will hire you one with vague information on a position and once you're on board, they put you in a very different position from what hired on to. Little communication between supervisors or HR staff with employees. ITS A SCAM job. SCAM! Also I still haven't received my last paycheck and it been over a month.
