Great experience overall! Clean gym, welcoming environment & very spacious! Coach Dave is highly experienced, dedicated and super patient while training. He explains the reasoning behind each technique and makes sure to be thorough. CFS is a fun and welcoming space for new and recurring members. I appreciate the intensity in the work-outs and drills!

This is an awesome program for kids and adults. The coaches are very professional and knowledgeable. My daughter who is 9, started Muay Thai last year, and it has been great for her confidence! The instructors are phenomenal, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. This place will put your kid at ease with a comfortable environment and training partners who are supportive and want you to do their best.

Fantastic and relatively new martial arts school ran by great coaches. Lots of experience going around and everyone is supportive. Good pricing and flexible with people's schedules. David Harr is a great small business owner that truly cares about people's experience and learning at his gym. Each coach is very supportive and experienced. Primarily striking classes but BJJ isn't anything to scoff at either. Great experience all around.

I’m new to CFS Academy, but everyone I’ve met so far has been extremely supportive, welcoming, and helpful. They have a great team atmosphere. The instructor is very knowledgeable and approachable. He also explains things in an easy way. The first day I went he told me rule #1 was “just don’t quit”. That’s my goal. With all the support, I know I’ll get better and better. The classes are also an amazing workout, stress reliever, and incredibly empowering.

My 15yo son has been going to the adult kickboxing and Muay Thai for about a year now and it's been a great experience. He wanted to learn about self defense, which has happened but more importantly, the training has helped a shy kid break out of his shell and become more confident. It's been a great experience that's way more than just a few punches and kicks.

I started training at CFS earlier this year and it's absolutely just my favorite place. I was a total beginner when I started (I was also overweight and very out of shape), but David (the owner) and the rest of the team were all so welcoming and supportive from the jump. It can be intimidating to step out of your comfort zone, but as long as you're willing to try and put in the work, the folks at CFS make it feel easy. I've taken kickboxing, cardio kickboxing, and Muay Thai classes, and all have been engaging, informative, challenging, and fun! 8 months down the line and I'm in the best shape of my adult life--I feel stronger, more confident, and way less stressed/anxious in my day to day life. I'd recommend joining this awesome community to anyone.

I dropped in and took a Muay Thai class while visiting the area and had a great time. Everyone in the gym is welcoming, the coach is very knowledgeable, and the class was well-organized and fun! Definitely recommend!

Very impressed with this gym! The place is set up thoughtfully and is exceptionally clean. It is a small enough gym where you feel part of the team (and not drowning in a sea of classmates!) but big enough to hold practice equipment, a ring, weights, and heavy bags. I take Muay Thai classes with Coach David, who is extremely knowledgeable about the combat arts and body mechanics, and challenges students in a helpful and encouraging way. My son takes Youth Muay Thai there as well and I would highly recommend the CFS youth program, compared to other local programs he has been in. Highly recommend!
