Ceviche Seafood & Sushi（Peruvian - Japanese Fusion） - Japanese restaurant in Plymouth - 3500 Vicksburg Ln N #500, USA

Came here for dinner with coworkers during a business trip, and had a great experience. The waitress/host was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We went during happy hour, and got cocktails, sushi, rolls and the seafood rice. Cucumber Moscow mule was great, with a good ratio of ginger beer and cucumber. All sushi and rolls were really fresh, and portion sizes were generous. Seafood rice was really top notch, loved the taste and the variety of seafood in it. Definitely would recommend this place, they seem to really care about the food they serve, and it shows!

Amazing food, all 3 items were spectacular. The Classic Ceviche was the best I've had by far in the Twin Cities, made with fresh sea bass and very refreshing. The Aji de Gallina and Arroz Chaufa with seafood were also wonderful. Will definitely be coming back.

Can’t understand why is not rated 5 stars 10/10 Service was really good, the details and presentation was amazing And the food, the best! Everything have unique flavors and good portions. I would totally advise you to come and have a great dinner. By the way good music and not noise.

I'm always craving Ceviche :) Lomo Saltado was a perfect dish, super favorable! Meat cooked just right with juicy tomatoes. The broth used was delicious. I couldn't get enough of the Canchita. I had the Classic Ceviche. The amount of fish was perfectly paired with plantain mmm.... Ordering food here was so hard everything looked delicious!!! I plan to return :)

I had the miso soup, avocado salad, and California spring roll. All of my food choices were delicious and full of flavor. We went during the weekday. The restaurant wasn't busy, and we were able to get a table straight away. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. We all enjoyed our experience and plan on returning in the near future.

Finally, a restaurant in the twin cities that serves legit Peruvian ceviche!! We fell madly in love with tigre de leche in Miami and so glad there's a place that makes it WELL. My personal favorite was the Rocoto which has a little kick to it that made it delicious. The pasta ala huancaina was too die for!! Lomo Saltado beef does melt in your mouth, but the stir fry needed more "smoke" and the potatoes needed a bit more crisp. The Plymouth roll was solid, super flavorful. Great portions. Justin our server was pretty sweet! Highly recommend this place.

Food was good in general. Out of everything we tried, the Pasta A La Huancaina was the best, the filet mignon was very soft and the pasta sauce was creamy and delicious. The 3 ceviches didn’t taste too different to me, and they weren’t super impressive. Our server was nice and polite. She answered all the questions we had and gave recommendations. Atmosphere was pleasant and good for date nights.

Unique semi-fusion restaurant. I say semi because there is Peruvian cuisine and sushi. I think there is only one or two dishes where the flavors are combined (I also haven't tried them). Been here a couple of times for sushi and it's always good. Their roll selection isn't as expensive as other sushi restaurants, but that likely works to their advantage here, helping to keep us quality and speed. I prefer the sushi & sashimi combo at lunch. Great value, great quality, and right quantity. Other things to note. Service is good, nothing stands out as a pro or con. Inside it's a rustic modern feel, which I think looks cool and unique. Not a lot of great kids options here, so would recommend as more of a date night experience than a family outing.
