We are newer to CE Tech but they have taken our company on full speed. Their techs are all amazing, understanding, professional, and helpful. Shout out to David and Connor S for really stepping up any time we need anything.

The responsiveness of CETech is awesome! I mentioned wanting a wireless keyboard/mouse set up and after a couple of emails, they brought me one the next day! A mouse and keyboard might be small-scale, simple task, but it was just a hint at how CETech responds to every problem we have thrown at them as we transition to CETech for IT Support.

Connor W was super helpful and patient with me and getting my temporary laptop set up for daily use until my new one arrives. I am not knowledgeable in IT by any means and Connor was patient and helpful in getting some of the programs I use on a daily basis added and logged in for me.

My experience with IT Techs in the past is most of them don't think their customers know much - but my experience with the techs at CE Tech has changed that. Most recently, Travis responded to my need for assistance and did a great job!

CETech provides excellent IT support. They have a smart ticketing system, with quick response time and they are not afraid to pick up the phone to walk you through a problem. I'm so happy to be a client of CETech.

Jeremy was an incredible help, even when my system didn't want to cooperate for a few days. I was unable to access my Outlook for a few days, but Jeremy provided me with some work arounds until he was able to get the issue resolved.
