This place deserves more than just 5 stars honestly from my experience. The staff have always been very polite and extremely helpful and transparent about what they are doing with your devices. They are quite good at solving the issue and getting your device back to you in a timely manner, if they have issues they call you and tell you what's going on, which I appreciate very much. They even went above and beyond to help me get my PC back to me before the original date they had told me! I love the kindness and expertise that they possess! overall wonderful experience

We had a few upgrades needed with our ancient Lenovo tower in order to keep us going until we fully do a switch to all new equipment in the next few months. Each of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, chipper and willing to help in whatever way they could. And also - a very quick turn-around time.
