Certified Nets Inc. is IT with a personal touch and they truly mean it. They manage our network/server remotely; however, they know how pivotal face to face support is too. Mike visits us once a month working with each employee to correct and improve technology items. They also provide prompt remote help which is a simple email or phone call away. Robyn & Cam also visit us quarterly to talk face to face about budgeting, needs vs. wants, cyber security, technology compliance and anything else that may arise. We "discovered" Certified Nets (we call them C-Nets :), back in 2018. Before C-Nets I had to devote more than half my day to IT related issues/advancements. We have three locations plus remote employees in multiple states. I have 100% trust in C-Nets ability to handle all of our employee's IT questions/problems. I especially like their ability to tell you what you need to hear....not what you want to hear! Our collaboration has allowed us to shrink our time spent in putting out fires and has allowed us to devote most of our collective time towards advancements and preventative measures. This shift has definitely allowed our company to have a more forward thinking view point and philosophy. It is as if you have a whole IT department at your fingertips.
