Century 21 Motel - Motel in Las Cruces - 2454 N Main St, USA

The cleaning staff was awesome an sweet. The owner was a liar, super rude, greedy, disrespectful and just plain ugly to us and even the neighbors, I believe he was homophobic the way he treated my girlfriend and I,One day, without even knocking he just walked into the room while I was asleep in the nude, and refused to leave till I paid him, so I covered myself the best I could, and handed him a 100 dollar bill and he never returned my change Fast forward two days. It's check out time, our two friends came to see if we were going to be staying or if we needed a ride anywhere , well the owner walks up for the rent because I had gotten distracted by my company before I had a chance to pay and here he comes "RENT IS DUE, YOU HAVE THE MONEY NOW!" I asked him to calm down and not yell, and that I had 80 dollars for him, he didn't like me telling him to calm down and he pushes his way into the room an sees my two friends and starts screaming " I SAID NO HOMELESS PEOPLE , GET OUT NOW " I informed him that my friends aren't homeless and they just came to check on us! He starts yelling " CHECK OUT IS NOW!GET OUT NOW!" I asked him why and he just continued to go crazy "LEAVE , LEAVE NOW," ,I ,asked him for the money I had just handed him back and you would have thought I just called his mother a cow with the face of disgust he made at me for having the audacity to ask him for it, I also asked him for my change from the other day again which at minimum should have been at least 20 dollars , he says I only gave him 80 dollars, but it was a hundred dollar bill. This whole ordeal is happening while we are packing, he finally agrees to get my change and runs to the office he gets back and hands me 10 dollars I guess it's better than nothing right? An while he's watching/rushing us pack up he just walks into the neighbors room without knocking and proceeds to start going through their belongings! The nerve of that guy he does not need to be treating clean, polite paying customers like we are trash..if I could give negative stars I would...

The Guy who is Managing this Place, Is The MEANEST UNFRIENDLYEST PERSON(HUMAN BEING) I Have ever encountered, He Starts, Yelling, at Potential Customers, Before, You even Open Your Mouth to, Say what you are at the outside counter For! At a Place of Business and in Life! He Does Not Need to Be Upfront and Center for Customers! Evidently, It must Be Family Members! And The Owner, Must have this Motel, For just, a Pet Project, Because, the MEAN GUY, DEFINITELY RUNS OFF CUSTOMERS, AND WORD OF MOUTH GOES, ALONG WAY!!!and The Owner is Friendly! This Explains this Motel Being Empty all of The Time, and Their Towels, Bedding, Etc Needs to All be Trashed! They are Old Dingy, Nasty, and Seem to be washed with VERY LITTLE SOAP! JUST FILTY LOOKING LINEN, AND TOWELS!!!!! Everyone Please Pray for The Man and Wife that Manage This Motel! And if the Cameras are working! He is failing in that Area to, We Notice a lot of Homeless People sneaking into Rooms, and knocking on different doors all hours of Night and Day! This Motel is in a Good Location! It's just surrounded by a lot of Negative and Mean Spirited Manager and Homeless People! So I wouldn't Come Here unless Every other Motel is Full, Heck I would drive to El Paso for Excellent Customer Service!!!

It was very clean. Very simple. Sample size hair products. They didn't have an iron, hair dryer, or coffee maker. You will need to plug in your appliances, a fridge and microwave. The heater worked great!

The rooms are very clean, atmosphere is great and the housekeeper is very pleasant and helpful. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Location is great, just need to keep less transients coming into the property.

Great service for the value! Lovely housekeeping staff! Will definitely be back!

Talk about rude you know It seems I got charged for even going there he yelled at me as if I was in another country , it was horrible I would not recommend it unless you feel like being abused that day
