I recently had the beef tongue dinner. It was served with beans and rice and fried plantains. It was all well seasoned and delicious.
Very authentic Nicaraguan Plate. The meat was a little overcooked, not very juicy but overall it was delicious. The prices aren't bad either. I would come back.
We had ropa vieja and con gris - excellent the platanitos were perfect. The place looks like a hole in the wall but the food is amazing. Don't be deceived this restaurant is very good and well priced. The people working in the restaurant make you feel like you are in your Nicaraguan grandmother's. I'm not Nicaraguan but if I were this would be my grandparents house. Loved the experience.
DELICIOUS. This little hidden gem is legit and authentic. They spoke no English and we speak no Spanish... No problem. The service was amazing. The food was outstanding.
Cute, charming spot with great Nicaraguan food. The owner has run the place for 25 years and is a wonderful host!
