I am soooo grateful for the Centric Gateway staff! Shout out to Elijah for being so gracious and answering my many many questions. He's truly the best! Summer gave me white glove treatment and the community is very peaceful and lovely. It's such a vibe and dog friendly. The entire staff remembers your pups name and always has treats for them. Definitely take a look if you're considering. You won't regret it.
Me and my significant other just moved in and have loved it! Ive lived in the Charlotte area for a couple of years and its nice to finally have a place to call home! All of the amenities are great and our 1 bed 1 bath apartment is amazing for the price! The kitchen is the best part for sure and being right next to the gold line is perfect for our day to day. our leasing agent Elijah was fantastic! he gave a fantastic tour and has been very helpful and supportive through our move in and our first couple of weeks! Definitely a place to consider if you're thinking of moving towards the uptown area!
Wonderful place to live! The place looks lovely and has a very home like feel. Some pros since living here so far:
-You can choose pretty much any type of internet. (This was very important to my partner who games a lot.)
- The square footage for the price is very reasonable.
- The people that work in the leasing office are very helpful! Elijah was our leasing agent and was wonderful!
- You are close to Uptown.
- The Gold Line has a stop right in front of the apartment so it is very easy to get through the city.
- The place has thick walls and we hear very little noise.
- They are pet friendly!
Overall, a very great place to live!
Our family is new to the US and had to get an apartment quick , which had close proximity to My wife's office . Centric Gateway apartment has been the bests decision we've ever made . Everything is organised , so far has been a smooth ride for us . This is a great place if any one want to start their Journey in Charlotte . Elijah made the process smooth and quick for us , outlining every step we need to perform and was there to help us at every step if not we'd have been lost . Thanks to Elijah & Centric Gateway for starting our Journey in the US .
The front office here has been nothing but friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is quick to answer and just as welcoming. It’s very clean and my apartment is dope! I moved here from New York and I do not regret my decision. 10/10!!!
This place is phenomenal. The apartments are modern and amenities are fresh. Feels very clean. To top it off, the whole office staff was incredibly welcoming! Jo showed me around and was great, but really everyone made an impact for sure! Definitely would recommend! 10/10
we will definitely be back in january closer to our move in to see our options!! the floor plans were so well laid out, the amenities and hallways clean, staff was amazing. we toured with Jo and she made us feel right at home!! cannot wait to come back
I came here about a month ago as I was moving from my parent's home. After viewing other apartment complexes this particular place caught my eye because of the newly renovated apartments. Getting an appointment with the leasing office to tour was very obtainable. I toured the apartment with a guy from the leasing office who was very sweet and welcoming.
