I had a cat scan today 4/1/24 with the nicest friendly ct scan technician Steven , he always makes the visit pleasant and guides you thru what is to happen at your visit. A perfect gentleman I love this place and recommend it highly to my family and friends. 5+ stars it’s clean and they offer free water or coffee while you wait.
Friendly and timely service by the entire staff at this facility. Brenda at the front desk was very helpful and patient with all of my questions throughout the days leading up to the exam. The imaging technician Tre was detailed in his explanation/instruction and friendly throughout. Two thumbs UP!
This imaging location is clean and well-organized. They provide refrigerated water bottles and coffee for guest. The receptionists are incredibly respectful and friendly. My ultrasound technician was not only professional but also very kind. She ensured my comfort and throughout the procedure. I was in and out quick, which is a definite bonus.
The Downey facility is kept very clean. And the receptionists are very courteous. Coffee and refrigerated bottled water is available. A nice plus. My technician, Steve has been very courteous and professional. He has made me feel very comfortable the two times I've been here.
This is the third time i have came in and it’s wonderful how this facility loves to wast time. The first time I came in there was something wrong with the camera the second time it was raining and the internet went down and the ladies in the front couldn’t find my appointment. Today I’m here for the third time and I had to wait over an hour then they told me to wait in my car for them to call me to wait for my cd the lady calls me and ask me to go to the back and tells me they can’t read the images and they need to redo the images! Why wouldn’t they see what they have before I leave and get dressed again! I’m currently waiting for the lady to come back to tell
Me something I’m just waiting here like an idiot! I was just left there wasn’t given any instructions for about ten minutes. They finally told me that they forgot to take some images! I asked don’t they review the images before they let the patient go and they said usually yes! I had to

Nurse Steve was awesome. The facilities are beautiful. We were in and out. Really cool experience.
Great staff most pleasant experience ever. Staff was helpful and friendly answered all questions and explained procedures for images thoroughly.

This company in general has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Just like the Pomona location they don’t bother to tell you they rescheduled your appointment until you show up. They say they called you they have notes but when you show them your recent calls list and that there are no calls from them they basically say well we have a note saying g we did. So I am lying that is how you treat your patients? Pomona did the same thing but they also lost my ID and insurance card. I kept asking for it back and they were like are you sure we didn’t give it to you? Yes i am sure or I wouldn’t ask for it back. Once she found it like 20 mins later she just laid it up there oh here it is no apology. Now I took these days off for testing misses work drive all this way for nothing again. So that is 3 times in one week for o e test by three different locations I have been rescheduled due to tech problems. How about have a back up tech. This is complete nonsense Pomona Ontario and Downey all suck. I am going to file a formal complaint against this company. I will also be contacting the better business bureau as well as the license agency to file complaints. This is unacceptable all :3 locations show poor patient care. They tell me the tech had an accident the man behind me they told him the machine is broke. So let’s just lie to our patients because we and our scheduling department are incompetent.
