I have had a history of breast complications. I'm no stranger to ultrasounds and all this wonderful technology. It is always scary and very intimidating. Well Ms. Donna and her assistant Sam where just absolutely a breathe of fresh air. I have never felt so comfortable. The professionalism was the most high. The attention to detail was untouchable. I have so much gratitude in these hard times I'm experiencing. They are angels. So thank you for your service 🙏. I appreciate you both. 100 stars 🌟 if I could.

The ladies here are extremely helpful and nice. The facility is very clean and parking is easy. I had not drank enough water for my ultrasound and I would have been rescheduled, but they were willing to stay and wait for me to drink more and try again so that I wouldn’t have to take another trip out. Thank you so much!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. Andrea was my technician and she was very kind and respectful. Explained everything in detail. Aracely at the front desk is super friendly! I would recommend this imaging center for any other local center.

Donna and Sam were very kind , friendly and caring. The atmosphere was very calm and their music very relaxing. It was a great visit for me . I highly recommend the Chino location 😊.

The service at the front was quick and attentive since I brought all my necessary documents. When my name was called soon after, I was lead to where I needed to go, I was met with Donna, who was wonderful and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. She was sociable and asked me about myself to calm me down. All in all would definitely recommend, the only problem is parking which is of course not their fault haha

Though the line was a bit long, the front desk managed it well. Was called up for my scheduled ultrasound sessions. The technician was very friendly and keep me relaxed during the procedure. More power to your team and keep up the good work. Thank you very much.

I came in with my elderly mother to assist her in translation and filling out paperwork. Carla was kind, she greeted us with a smile and efficiently provided us with the forms needed to be seen. The office is clean and tidy. I also loved that they hold a patient only policy yet, they allow one other person if the patient needs help. Thank you for keeping us safe.

I just left this facility with my husband. His doctor scheduled him for a stat ultrasound and was given an appointment in 2 weeks! I mentioned to the clerk it was a stat appointment. After we left I immediately called the number for scheduling appointments. The first call I was waiting for 15 min. and my call was cut off. I called back and I am currently waiting again for my call to be picked up now it’s been 11 minutes and again I was cut off! How can a patient schedule an urgent appointment if I can’t even talk to someone. Just horrible.
