Centralia Inn - Motel in Centralia - 1015 Eckerson Rd, USA

The front desk man,Fred was just simply|Amazing and thoughtful. It was incredibly hot the day we checked in. and he saw me waiting in the car while my wife was checking in, and he gave her the key to the room before she was done checking in so I could escape the heat. Who does that....Fred does that!!!|I would most definitely recommend the Centralia Inn based upon Freds customer service.

I don't recommend anyone to stay here, guy at the front desk was very rude. The rooms were still dirty plus under one of the tables was live wire just pulled from the wall and capped..with two other wires that weren't capped, I was worried my 2 year old would end up grabbing it. All in all this place doesn't deserve a star

Fred at the front desk was great always making sure everything was ok I see him repairing things around the property Great location near everything Near freeway may get a little road noise I have been here 3 nights and no problems I just paid for another week. Thank you Fred...

Churig or whatever the little douchebags name is will constantly harp at you for minor infractions like smoking by your car but we have been here 10 days and haven't had our rooms serviced one time. We have to beg for clean towels and toilet paper. Freddy is the man and is the only reason we bring business to this establishment.

Sink wouldn't drain, no water pressure and, seen a rat carrying a cat in its mouth right outside the managers office. It was the biggest rat I've ever seen.

Service sucks I made an online reservation paid for with my credit card and when I got there it was early in the morning about 2:00 a.m. and I was refused service and told that I would not be allowed to rent their because they do not like my kind for the way that I looked and then have the door slammed on my face and locked so I couldn't even talk to the person about getting in my room that I paid for and wasn't reimbursed for it

What an amazing experience! Centralia Inn has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in this area of Washington by far! They were more than accommodating, they had great amenities for such an amazing price, a better price than anywhere else in the whole town. John was The employee that took care of me and he was beyond helpful, caring, and nice. He treated me with the most respect I’ve ever had. He ended up helping me with a really great rate for the night because I showed up so late, which was really helpful for me. They woke up from their sleep just to help me get back in my room when I locked myself out in the early morning. I also accidentally slept in a little beyond my checkout time and they were very forgiving, which really helped me because they knew that I was exhausted from a long road trip. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a great hotel, everything was perfect and I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

New grounds keeper is improving the outside look very well. As the owners are upgrading the rooms. They do offer long stays up to 28 days as per laws.
