It was the best 😇🙌I was waiting to do, post, 🎆🎇my review but I was finally done with what I had to do and now that I can remember it I was just trying to say that I walked in, 🚶🏽‍♂️they escorted me to the front counter 🛐🏬and I was supposed to show two 2️⃣ valid I.D.’s. 🪪Then I was accepted to do the test. 👨🏽‍💻After I was in the next room besides it and I put away my backpack 🎒 into the locker. 🔐Last but not least I was sent into the test room and I did my test but I was not that fast⏩💨 to do my test but the test was focused on the experience about 👨‍💻👩‍💻🧑‍💻👨🏽‍💻IT support experts.🕘🗓️3️⃣📅7️⃣➖2️⃣➖2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣🔚🖥️👨🏽‍💻👩🏻‍💻👨🏻‍💻

The Director, Gary Chen is friendly, cheerful, very welcoming and a highly organized professional. Mr. Chen has an awesome energy that helped me to feel at ease as I walked into his office. The space provided to test was quiet and comfortable. I passed the biggest test of my life and Mr. Gary Chen was the first one to congratulate me with a genuine and sincere expression of happiness for me. I would recommend his test site and other services to all!!!!

This was my first time testing at a Pearson Vue. Had been doing all my tests previously at Prometrics but boy did these Google reviews mislead me to consider this site as an exam center! Soo disappointed!! - Parking - there was none above - none of the reserved spots for testers actually are marked and you have to go underground. That’s fine. Because I understand that this is a shared lot with USCIS so there’s lots of people trying to park and take up spots they’re not supposed to. - CENTER itself - clean - appears desolate, not that well used. But computer, wireless mouse, restroom, all were clean. BAD PART - test center and check in and next door to each other. (Read the test for why this this important). - First of all the lady Jackie checking me in was very courteous and so nice. She was and walked me from the side of check in to the side of lockers, restroom and then my seat. -I was one of the 2 people listed to take an exam I think, so I asked her when I was trying to sign in to verify if this place pretty quiet. She said yes then I started my exam. Within 30 minutes all I could hear were loud voices from a group of people on the other side of my wall where I was testing. I kept raising my hand there was no one to be found to come to my assistance. I tapped on the wall and nothing. Then I went outside and there was no one to be found in the testing lobby. I then went back to complete the first two hours of my exam having to listen to them talk and distracting me and disturbing my thoughts was such a painful experience! It was very unprofessional of the men who were on the other side in the staff center. I could not find the lady who checked me in anymore. But I want to make sure that this happens to no one else. The exam center earplugs were not really good even though they’re new and didn’t fit me well. I used their headphones to try to stop them loud chatter but they were not actually noise canceling so that did not work. Finally after two hours of my first part of the exam I had my first official 15 minute break and I went into the other side of the center where I found a group of 4 men just chatting away. I confronted them letting them know that I could hear them talking and I wanted to have my seat changed so that I could not hear them. The gentleman was responsive and only after I showed him where I was sitting which is literally right next to where they’re talking on the other side of the wall did he say OK I will change your seat. He sent me all the way to the back of the exam center. Now at my new desk in the back of the test center, had 10 minutes left of my break and the guy said, ok I come back. Yet he never did! Little did I know that my exam time would start counting down and needed his password to start my test!!! So there I go again, running down the hall to the other side where the guy is again, now with a different set of people, old people, like joss parents, and I tell him, pleaseeee come and put your required password!! It was so unprofessional of him off this is his one and only job to help and it’s literally doing the opposite. I was thankful for change in seat except that in the last hour of the exam there was drilling and construction sounds coming from the back center. This was the worst experience ever I’ve had! I could not concentrate at all during the test and it was absolutely unprofessional of the people working there and hosting the place to be doing this to the test takers. This needs to change. Were they nice? Sure. But have to regards to being quiet. Free parking at this Pearson Vue is not enough for a bad test experience. I would not return again to this place.

Horrible experience, the lady who proctored me went across the testing room a few times during my test period. Fiddle with the fan, went bathroom, washing hands…(bathroom just in the back of testing room) loud flushing sound and washing hands sound…a few testing rooms over there and no tester there at all except me in the afternoon time, and I can’t understand why she arranged me to the only testing room which include a bathroom!!

A very tranquil place for exam taking. Staff is very professional and friendly. Really helps remove any test jitters and anxiety. The testing rooms have ample space and there are complimentary disposable ear plugs that are provided along with a white-board and dry erase markers. I am definitely coming back here for further certificate exams and will recommend it to my friends as well.

This is my third professional test with Pearson Vue. This location and staff are by far THE BEST!! Gary Chen, the man in charge, was friendly and professional. I was under a lot of pressure and stressed out, and Gary made me feel like home. Maybe that is why I passed the test?:) The place was clean and user friendly. Ample parking. I highly recommend this place for a Pearson Vue testing.

Owner/proctor does not give you up to date testing policies. I was told I had 4 hours to complete the CBEST math. I was also informed by the owner/proctor that if I thought I needed more time, to notify him. When I went to ask for more time, the owner was gone, and he assigned his wife to take over while he was out. There was a big language barrier, and when I explained I needed more time to complete the test she said "No" you need to finish" and motioned to the computer in a rude way. When she contacted her husband, he notified me that the time limit changed as of June 2, 2021. He also mentioned the CTC notified him vie email that he was not to disclose the new time allotted. He then went back on what he said and said "He didn't know the rules changed." Nothing was thoroughly explained prior to beginning my test.I was forced to guess the 30 remaining questions I had, and when I notified his wife, she began getting pushy, telling me to "press complete" on the computer and sign a document. I told her I was not going to sign anything, and I would be contacting the CTC center. This was a complete waste of time and money, and not I have to wait 45 days to reschedule to take the test again! Needless to say, I will not be returning there to take any test again, and I will warn my peers of the unprofessional-ism of this business. Oh, and the computers and desk areas were filthy! When the owner went to sign me in he was sneezing, and proceeded to not sanitize his hands while touching the computer mouse I was about to use. He had no problem taking the money and spreading his germs! UPDATE !: So apparently I struck a chord with the rude business owner, and his shady testing mill as per his response. I made the mistake of trusting a test admin/proctor ( who was recommended by Pearson Vue/CTC), that flat out lied about not knowing the updated testing time frame guide lines, of the CTC. He alluded in his asinine response to me, about me not "comprehending" the new testing guidelines etc... he KNEW EXACTLY what he said to me prior to beginning my test, and knew he LIED about the test initially being 4 hours and about the confusion he caused about notifying him when I needed more time (Past 2 hours). Here's one thing I did "COMPREHEND," and that was to call and report his seedy business and business practices to Pearson Vue as well as the CTC, so good luck with that ; ) please those of you who were thinking of scheduling a test here, DON'T DO IT! Update 2: Thank God The CBEST alone is no longer necessary. I guess Karma did its job! And thank you for your well wishes, as I have obtained a Psy-D. I really hope you stop scamming customers and wish you all the best.

I was so thankful and appreciative to have met Mr. Gary Kuangchung Chen (proctor) at the Pearson VUE site. He made my test taking experience great. Normally, when I have taken past clinical exams, I tend to experience high levels of anxiety, but he encouraged me to relax and not to worry about the outcome. That was one of the BEST encounters I have had with a person who monitors MFT associates during an examination. He has good people skills and a kind heart. ~ Glenda Bridges, MFT Associate
