We stayed here one night for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time! We stayed in the Central Park room on the third floor and it was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large jetted tub and updated shower. The homemade breakfast in the morning was really good and the kindness and hospitality of the hosts made it even better. We would absolutely stay here again for a romantic staycation.
Simply wonderful! We had a fabulous time. My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before, and we just loved it. Our room was decorated so pretty, the food was delicious, and our hosts were so friendly and informative about Louisville. We will definitely be back.
We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous old home. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area, information about events and just friendly in general. Homemade breakfast was delicious! Very clean. Easy in and out. Location across from park was perfect for our Shakespeare weekend.
Wow! Just staying here was an experience in itself! A delightful trip back in time. The decor was SO very pretty everywhere I looked. I was always finding some new exquisite detail to marvel at. I hated to leave. Checking in was SO easy, even though I arrived late. Breakfast started with a poached pear regally presented on a background of a mixed berry sauce and drizzled with house made lemon curd, garnished with mint for the "leaves" at top. Continuing with a savory baked egg dish with a backed apple sweet on the side to top with an absolutely amazing Bourbon maple syrup. It felt like a Victorian tea room. I can't say enough good things about this B&B.
The Central Park B&B was amazing. Majestic, the Inn Keeper, is warm and kind. She also cooks up the most amazing 3-course breakfast menu! Her strawberry soup and poached pears were two of my favorites. The location is located close to so many wonderful attractions such as the Old Louisville Historical tour, Central Park, and Buck's, a quintessential dining experience in Louisville. The rooms are spacious and cozy at the same time. Highly recommend this establishment for your next get-away!
What a wonderful stay. Location, room, common areas and hosts were excellent. The room had so much character with a sitting area and nice decor - a far cry from cookie-cutter hotel rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and great attention to detail all around. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the Central Park B&B. The house was beautiful and clean, our room was lovely, and the innkeeper, Majestic, could not have been nicer! Her breakfasts were amazing and she went out of her way to accommodate my need for gluten free food. Majestic made sure every detail at the B&B was special! And the Old Louisville neighborhood is a great location. We look forward to coming back again.
