Same person about getting kicked out of the pool again: i WAS a resident and so was another adult there. we WERE with our guests. the other resident owned their mobile home yet we were told WE could not get it because we were NOT the owner of the home, which we were told were the only people who could get a bracelet. not only is that jumping to conclusion, but it’s demeaning and YVONNE, which is an older lady with short hair that works at the office, was talking down to us as if we were teens at the pool causing problems. we were sitting there for 5 minutes before we were approached. instead of reminding everyone about the rules and regulations set in place to keep guests and residents safe, how about you review them, do your research, and learn some people skills to avoid issues with others. I’m not the only resident and i’m sure i won’t be the last that has had endless issues with the front office. that goes for 2024 as well when visiting. the issue is not the neighborhood it’s management. the discrimination not only on age but seemingly enough race at least with that specific individual. talking down to residents based off personal biases should be on the policies since you guys are adamant on following them 🤷🏻‍♀️

review Living here is… eventful to say the least. The management likes to claim they more than they know, for example. I have been a resident for 3 years. I’m at the pool one day either another resident and two family members with their children (5 of us in total at an empty pool, we were all around 20 ish at the time) It was afternoon when Yvonne walked up to us telling us we need bracelets to be in the pool, which i wasn’t aware of. We told her that. she then proceeds to badger us by asking each of our lot numbers, which is NONE of her concern because she did not even verify the lot number we gave her to see if we did in fact live there, she didn’t even ask our name just “where do you live”. When i told her mine she then said “i don’t remember ____ having another daughter” i told her she actually had two (i lived with my mom and am on the contract as a resident SINCE 2020 this was 2023) and she kept telling me “yea i don’t remember there being another daughter” and proceeded to kick us out, but not after telling the two mothers in a snarky way “and he sure to watch your children something can happen” when the children were standing less than 3 feet away from their mothers. was this necessary? i do not think so. thank god im no longer living there, every other day there was an issue. my suggestion is Verify resident before making incorrect claims to avoid any embarrassment. Good job Yvonne, way to keep the pool safe from heathens like us!

Me and my family love this place! The mobile home/tiny home is super clean and cozy(especially the ones with the loft). I would recommend staying here!

we landed here becuase of our cancellation at fort myers , we had never been snow birds before but the lady we dealt with assured this was a nice place the only thing ,it was nto 55 plus... well we hav kids banging in a fifth wheel besides and kids screaming behind us . a very rude lady at the office and 80 percent of this park is permanent local dwellers . the park is so dirty ..and we get told we cant have things but the locals have them .. this should have been told to us before we arrived . sadly no one I have talked to is happy here ,the management is horrible and rude ..when we arrived at our site i had to clean up cigarette buts at least 50 , rags, socks , beer twist lids , were supposed to have a picnic table ..well so has so many others and we get told a different story everyday , ..people are screaming and yelling all times of the night .. they give you a rule sheet ..well thats a joke ,im lucky if it quiets down by 12 some nights , and its constant traffic throughout the park as people are coming and going to work ..very disappointing.. not what we expected at all ,and sadly no one gives a darn..we have been told it has gotten so horrible from the ones that have been coming back .

It's a large Sun campgrounds and mobile home park in central Florida. It's clean and the laundry rooms are nice. Sites are close, but concrete pads are wide enough (and better than most parks we've been to) and we're at the front of the park, so lots of noise from vehicles, etc. It's decent for our needs for the week.

This place violates every single statutes that protect mobile home owners. See attachment.

We were there for 6 weeks and loved it! The cottage was clean and bright, the residents were friendly, so was the staff. The children living there were wonderful our dogs just loved them! Would definitely recommend and stay there again Thanks to everyone! Jeff , Donna, Piper and Roy

This place violates people’s rights. When you try to call them they never answer the calls.
