Central Motel - Motel in Kissimmee - 4698 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, USA

When I first visited this hotel, the owner's wife took me to several nice rooms and was extremely hospitable. When I returned to get a room, they had already decided it would be 206. On the surface, it appeared to be okay but as time went on the dirty little secrets reared their ugly heads. | For example, I walked all the way to Walmart to get just the perfect meal and did not take the time to check the microwave. After I started eating my food that tasted rancid, I did check the microwave. It was rusted out in the corners and the smell inside leached onto my food. I went to take a shower and the water smelled funny. The water pressure on the defective shower head was so slight it was almost a trickle of lukewarm water that would not get hot.| The sad thing is I do believe they gave me one of their better rooms. As with many hotels on that block there was the obvious patching of water damage. I suppose they do the best they can do and try to screen out the undesirables but somehow they creep around at Midnight causing havoc in the place. | This was not the worst hotel or the best I have stayed in but I would try to request to be placed on the daily side instead of the weekly side because you will get a better room.

I stayed here one night and the place was ok. The office people was nice and understanding. The office people made sure me and the guest got everything we needed.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches so bad they were in the beds. Shoeprints all over the wall. Bathtub unclean. Microwave through lightning inside when turned on. I wouldn't sleep in the bed. With the cigarette burnt blankets and roaches. And they charged me $100 a night. Hurricane Ian left me stuck there. Do not ever rent a room here. Price gouged big time for me.

The rooms was outdated but clean. The owners however were awful. She basically harassed my dad and I from the time she saw us. She claimed we smoked in our room which we did not and through us out. She was saying she was getting complaints when there were literally no guest there lol and the person that was actually smoking on the property was one of her staff members. If you want to get harassed and have an unfriendly experience stay here.

Awful. I smashed at least five roaches, the toilet is falling off and leaking, the tub filled with water while taking a shower, found a hypodermic needle just under the mattress with stuff still in it. Had to trade my one towel in to get another one, the pillows are flat as a pancake..... this place is slightly better than staying outside.

Compared to other hotel/motels in the area, this is one of the cheapest around. The people who run the place have strict rules that they expect you to follow, but they are very upfront and honest about everything. They ask you to check out the room you are to recieve before you pay them so that there's no trouble after. There's cable, wifi, hbo, a swimming pool, nice beds and furniture, fridge and microwave, AC, and even a laundry room on site. If you speak to the woman who helps run the place with her husband (she's always there in the morning) she's usually willing to work with you on price if you are in a tight spot. The only reason for the semi-low rating is one problem with my room (not saying all rooms were like this) that I didn't catch until later that night after everything was done, said, and paid for. My boyfriend and I found roaches in the bathroom. Not a lot, a couple, but still. With roaches you never know. Room service is VERY limited. These people are very cheap and like to hold onto their money, but then again, who doesn't? You only get two towles and one rag for your entire stay and it's like pulling teeth to get any extra shampoo, conditioner, or soap. That's really all I have to say about this place. All in all, not bad. Not perfect, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

Only use this place as a last resort; the rooms smell terrible (I LITERALLY developed and was diagnosed with asthma after staying here for a few days), the sheets aren't clean, there are roaches, the shower didn't work at all in our room, the maid came early and woke us up (changed the sheets but threw the filthy bedspread on the filthy floor), and the owners are rude as all get out. When (because circumstances suck) I asked to renew the room, the male employee literally rolled his eyes at me and sighed as if it were a huge inconvenience to not have an empty room for the night? Didn't feel safe here either but if you have someone with you, you're fine.

Firstly, I must say that the family that runs this establishment are amazing. They were so kind & friendly to us! Always with a smile! You don't find that a lot anymore. The room we stayed in was beautiful & updated. The other guests were friendly as well. I would return in a heartbeat! I wish them all the best!
