They have food, some clothing, books, and other services for those in need. I don't know why I was nervous when I went there, but the kindness when I went there calmed my nerves. The people were so helpful, and it eased my self consious worry about what others would think. I was thankful I went when I left. The food and the place was clean and fresh. Thank you Central Kitsap Food Bank.

I'm always so blessed when I can visit this amazing place! Every single volunteer and worker are very very nice and extremely giving.! My cart is always packed full of so many essential needs and plenty of goodies. My favorite part is always the huge variety of fresh veggies and beautiful flowers I get to pick at the end. When I push that exit door open and muscle my heavy cart through and onto the ramp to ramp to leave, I always stop and say a little prayer of thanks, cause some months I really don't know how I would get by if it weren't for their generosity and hard work! The lady's that helped me was nice the wait was not too long. The food very grateful for can't complain you pick what you need so if you don't like it don't take it. I got actual food for meals, And some special sweet treats. Things have been not going so well and being able to. Go here helped more than you no! I thank the people who are working here helping those who need it! Thank you!
Such friendly people! And they give easy to follow instruction that makes the shopping process is a comfortable experience. For a smaller food band, I am surprised at the numbers. Very good place. Gives tampons and baby formula, a misc section, animal food, candy, hand sanitizer and they give you the works! Really great will recommend and visit again
Great volunteers and workers. Made it as simple to process as can be. First time I'm been in there new location. Very manageable and welcomed. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again sometime soon Did you know... I seen a flyer/poster hanging up there and they actually had a date and time picked out for each of the food banks to hold a paper shred event for their visitors/clients/customers. Hope they have it again next year, looking forward to it. I believe each food bank held a one day event I think and I believe it was up to 75 lbs of paper you could bring in to be shredded. Amazing so totally Awesome and much needed and would be greatly appreciated. I take Kitsap Access for me and of my main source of transportation due my mental illness and working through my disability journey so I'd be loading up my personal shopping cart. Lol! Jodene
Good place for seniors and all. Take clothing donations in the back. Friendly. Always can use cat and dog food. Plastic bags. Toiletries, non perishables.
