Patrick has delivered propane to me since I started using your company. He must be the best all around employee you have. I can't say for sure. He represents your business like very few, modern day employees...ever could. This guy goes above and beyond and professionally tends your business as if it was his own. He is the kind of employee other businesses could only wish for. Take the best care of him or someone's going to offer him what he's worth. Make him feel as happy about working for your team as he already projects value on all your customers out into the community...he's worth it 👌. Kudos to Patrick, by George. Ask Patrick for his cell number and he won't let you run out of fuel...but you have to call him...a day or two before you are empty. He the man!

Where do I begin. Customer service is terrible. There is no communication on very important information that will cost you dearly. Was charged a $70 fee this year when I went to purchase gas for this year because apparently you have to get a certain amount or they slap you with a fee! Getting low on gas this week so I called to request more and was told they had already been in my area this month and wouldn't be around again for another 4 to 6 weeks. So if I wanted them to come out before then, I would need to pay an $80 fee! Come on now, are they serious?? Gas is expensive enough as it is and you won't to slap me with an $80 fee to drive 5 minutes up the road to deliver me some more. I was unaware they were even coming around in my area when they did. How about a courtesy call to your customers? Maybe a letter in the mail perhaps? I am completely done with this company. The lack of communication, understanding and the outrageous, ridiculous fees is totally unacceptable. And just plain WRONG.

I've been a proud pay-as-you-go rental customer for 3+ years. The delivery guys go the extra mile to help and the service desk always calls if accounts get low prior to running a route. Five star service

We just moved to a location that does not use Central Gas. We have had the worst experience with them. They just tried to charge us $75 to come pick up an empty tank. They have also told us we would have to wait 2 weeks to receice gas when we live 2 miles from their office. When my husband told them we'd like to disconnect service, customer service replied, "Is there a problem?" in a rather demeaning tone. We've had to ask to speak to the manager on more than one occasion. I normally don't write scathing reviews, but when a company is so limited on ways to work with their customers, I feel like I don't have a choice.

EDIT: They let us get empty this year again. We requested a fill up weeks ago. Still nothing, Terrible company. They have let me and my aunt run out of gas multiple times. Always when it's the coldest outside.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. We call, because apparently they don't come to fill up on a schedule even though we pay monthly, and nobody shows up. Then we call to check and see why no one showed up and are told that we didn't call. This has happened more than once. Horrible customer service! This will be our last year with this awful company!

I have been associated long ago as an employee with High Country Propane in Foscoe (a subsidiary) and for the last fifteen years as customer with Central Gas here in Asheboro. When the electricity is out, be assured that propane will be keeping you warm. Highly Recommend

Have been a customer for three years and their customer service is ARROGANT and POOR. You never know when they are coming to refill your tank and leave you a $500+ bill. Then, if you are close to running out they never come to refill you when they promise. Getting tired of this and considering moving my account to their competition up the street...
