The combined facility of CCB and Krobar is pretty phenomenal. Tons of outdoor seating, with fire pits and food trucks. Recently renovated as of November 2023. Games like darts, corn hole, pool, etc. And the beer is pretty good too!
Love CCB, their beer, vibe and the new hub. Hours on Google say they are open until 8:00pm on Sundays. They did last call at 6:45 and then were trying to usher us out by 7:00pm. They closed our tab without telling us, no receipt etc. Normally not a problem except we had gift cards that we planned to use for a free date night; which then ended up costing us almost $100. No big deal, but I feel like you shouldn’t ever close someone’s tab without asking them first, especially when they are sitting less than 10 yards away from you at the bar. I’ll still be back but just a tad bit annoying this time around. They also missed out on a tip because of it.
Really nice, quaint location. Decent outdoor seating area makes for a peaceful drinking experience. Beers were pretty good and reasonably priced. Didn’t get to talk much to the one employee working, but there were several people at the bar.
If you’re looking for something fun to do nothing like taco Tuesday at this fabulous location can’t wait till the remodel is done so I can stop in at happy hour!
I had the Head Over Peels, Mosaic Blonde unfiltered, Cervantez Amber Lager and Dark Side of the Stout. I thought the Mosaic and Cervantez were alright and the zest in Head Over Peels was refreshing. I'm more a fan of stouts and theirs had a good cherry flavor. And go get ya some eats outside at What the Truck. Tell em Uncle Ready sent you. : )
One of, if not the best local brewpubs in SLO. Great beer, great people, great vibe. Indoor-outdoor seating, occasional food trucks, and the downtown location makes other places to eat and visit close by.
Surprised by the high rating. I thought the food was pretty mediocre at best and I would not recommend eating here. Chicken in tacos was too dry, wings were too fatty, and I wasn’t a huge fan of the pretzel or the “beer cheese”. The beer selection is good. The award winning IPA was good but I wouldn’t go out of my way to have it again. Overall this place is pretty average. The game room in the back is a nice touch and the dog friendly patio.
The best beer in San Luis Obispo. And great food too.

Great beer flight at this speakeasy-style basement taproom! We loved the seasonal Zin Sour, a not-too-tart ale aged in Zinfandel barrels. Get it while you have the chance!

Great atmosphere and great whiskeys! The Distiller's Reserve Rye is probably the best rye I've ever had, and we just got back from a week on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
It's a fun hike but can be pretty steep and is one of the more difficult hikes around the area. There's a fair amount of poison oak on the trail. So be careful. I would ensure you wear decent hiking shoes for this one and bring water. If you're bring
Excellent service and our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of our wine questions. The tasting room is a nice quiet place next to a lot of vinyards where we could savor each glass under the cool breeze. Interesting lighter Zin
Great hike, not super long but still a bit tiring. Pretty steep at the end so bring hiking sticks if that's something you use. Great views from the top, especially if it's been raining recently, it gets really green! Plus of course, there's the nic
I've climbed up this hill with a friend both during the day and during the evening. It's a great vantage point to be able to see the lights of all the climbers of Madonna mountain. My friend likes to call this place flat top hill. It's just a leisure
Super nice outdoor 16 lane lap pool. Reservations are easy to make, it's cheap for such a nice pool, you get the lane to yourself, and most people seemed to be very courteous. I'm used to awful indoor gym pools so this place is phenomenal, especially
My husband and I ordered two MILD (wasnât spicy at all which is what we wanted) sandwich meals which each came with fries and a drink. I also got an order of fried pickles (I wish they came with ranch but they were very fresh and good). And last we

We consider ourselves regulars here, and love their de Tolosa and Mission Plaza crepes. The African banana soup has become one of our favorites! Very filling meals
