Central 28 Beer Company - Brewery in DeBary - 290 Springview Commerce Dr #1, USA

This conveniently located brewery is fairly close to US 17 & 92, down a road that can get pretty dark if you come at night. The beers they brew and serve here are top notch. We enjoyed every one and just wished we had time for more. That means we will come back soon. The barmaid that served us was great. She told us the story of the brewery (named for the "central" portion of the state at Latitude 28) and about all the beers. We couldn't go wrong with the beers we tried. The two IPAs were the stars of the show in our opinion. First we fell in love with the Show Pigeon, only to be outdone later by the amazing Trail Rider. Trail Rider Hazy IPA was juicier and well balanced and one of the best anywhere. The folks at Central 28 do a great job brewing these.

This is an awesome brewery, and IMHO highly under rated. The beers are always interesting and full of flavor. You cannot go wrong with Show Pigeon, an amazingly balanced IPA. The sours are excellent and all the other beers are extremely well balanced. Highly recommended!

This Tap-Room has been a wonderful hideaway in the depths of DeBary for the last 7+ years. I cannot begin to list the many milestones and significant memories spent & made at this establishment. I look forward to the growth and the wonderful years to come. From a random Wednesday to their busiest events, they're always accompanying and wonderful!

Buried in an industrial park but well worth the trip. Nice place with friendly staff and really good beers. Happy Hour 3-6 PM $1 off beers. They also have a bunch of activities/food trucks/music throughout the week. Highly recommended!

Ride here down the bike trail from DeLand all the time! Great beer and free beer if you ride there on Sunday's! Staff is awesome and they update their calendar often. If you catch the Taco Food truck your in for some Awesome food!

So much fun visiting this brewery off the bike trail. Sundays they have bogo beers if you ride a bike! Beers are tasty and good trucks are good too. Love visiting on the weekends.

Really nice spot to stop by if you’re on the springs to springs bike trail or camping at Gemini Springs! Well worth the short trip across the intersection. Also, they had the cutest hemlock tree decorations, complete with the tiny cones and everything. Dear owners, please let me know if you or your timber farmer friend would be willing to sell me some of those decorations!!

Essential indeed! We escaped sheltering at home to make our inaugural visit and we’re really impressed with not only the friendly professional service but also the lovely interior design and fine craft suds. They have a wide variety of beer offerings but due to the funkyness going on it was carry out only. We picked up a growler of goodness and a pair of six packs. Thanks for supporting the community by making an essential quality product and despite the economic challenges keeping the doors open!
