Centaur Health Resort and Spa - Indoor lodging in Arroyo Grande - 745 Quebrada Ln, USA

I love the privacy and the location!! Booking was a little hard, but I figured it out!!|I loved the pool so much, and the dolphin fountain. I love how the arced archways and the open space in the foyer.|There was a beautiful vase with flowers to greet me upon arrival in the breakfast nook. Plenty of workout equipment, then a nice steamy shower, was great. The best part was the massage afterwards which totally relaxed me as I sank into my bed in the evening.|

We were so grateful to be booked by a friend to stay at this beautiful property. We stayed for two nights and were so graciously received the Ed and Dianna. The view from their lovely home is of the Pacific ocean and the dunes in Arroyo Grande. It is located a short distance from the Historic Village. They have a fully furnished workout room, pool, spa and Dianna offers a full range of massage and spa treatments. I hope to have more time to experience the services our next trip to Arroyo Grande. ||||We also say one of the Space X launches early one morning. What a surprise!! ||||Ed is always willing to share his experiences and enthusiasm regarding health and diet. He is a prime example of "walking the talk" of healthy eating and exercise.||||We are looking forward to our next trip to the Central Coast to spend time relaxing at such a lovely facility.

I sat in on a presentation by Dr. Ed Muraski and Dianna Muraski, owners of Centaur Health Resort and Spa, titled “Diet and Exercise”. The presentation was very good. Ed presented the research on the subject in an excellent format and consistently obtained feed back from the audience to keep them engaged. Dr Muraski motivated the audience to learn about diet and exercise and outlined the research that supported the need to eat well and exercise. Ed said he also shares this information with the guests who come to their Health Spa.|| I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation. I was very impressed with the presentation and would highly recommend that you schedule the presentation for yourself or your employees. You will learn a great deal about how to improve your health and the research that supports it.|| My wife has gone to the spa for therapeutic massage and is delighted with the whole treatment. Dianne is extremely educated and proficient in therapeutic massage.

My husband and I spent a week while waiting to close on our home. It was a great introduction to the Central Coast. Instead of staying in a hotel where we would be confined, we stayed here and used the gym, steam room, pool , jacuzzi watched the beautiful sunset over the ocean and BEST of all had Diana's massages and treatments. Fabulous.

The owners, Ed and Diane are wonderful hosts. Full of information and enthusiasm. We stayed two nights. The home and rooms are clean and comfortable however out-dated. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The location is peaceful but far from the beach. Overall a nice place to stay a few days

Even though this is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel, they had hotel quality rooms, an incredible pool and weight room, and a beautiful steam room! ||I was tired and worn out when I arrived, but by the time I left, I felt likes million bucks.||The special juice drinks Di made were really delicious....I loved that she made a different||Kind almost every day! The wraps were wonderful.....so relaxing they put me to sleep, and I||Definitely saw some inches lost from the wraps too.....thanks for the renewed health!

Nice place for escaping stress. A wall of windows overlooks pool, hot tub, fire pit, rural open space, a horse and the ocean. On a clear day you can even see white water. Hosts are kind and knowledgeable. Massage, steam, exercise room are all included with night stay. Gluten free breakfast. Lots to do in the area. Kayaks and bicycles are available. I enjoy the quiet and the view.

I was not even able to go! When I called inquiring about their Day Spa packages and left a message, they briefly texted me back later that day saying, "No overnight stays". I clarified that I was not staying overnight and asked them about a massage and steam room package that's for day use only. Well, they never got back to me and it felt very rude! I will just take my business elsewhere.
