While at the Verizon Store for other reasons, my husband took my phone to be checked for a charging issue. Casey inspected it, took care of a couple of things and then sent him on his way, refusing to let him pay anything. Very great service! Will definitely come back when we need additional service on our devices!

I went to another place and asked about back glass replacement and they quoted me $499 and maybe more once they got into it. My wife fixed the phone herself in our living room in about 3 days. 3 days after she fixed it it wouldn’t even turn on. I took it to Cellular sales and after diagnosing it they discover our mistakes. They needed to replace the battery and that glass we put on. I was worried about a large repair cost and when they said they could do everything for half of the other price I was shocked. Casey Patterson fixed the phone. When she handed it back to me she was kind enough to explain how we broke it and how she fixed it! Super nice super knowledgeable and because of her and the other two nice guys I met there I will forever use their services. Thanks you to the whole team!

I went in at about 4:30 with a busted Samsung S20. It couldn't turn on and the screen was badly broken. I hadn't backed it up and I was desperate to get my hundreds of photos off. Matt thought he could get the photos onto a thumb drive AND he was willing to stay late to work on it. He finished about 6:30. I went back the next day and bought a refurbished phone that he had refurbished. Perfect function, good price. Amazing (and empathetic) service. I absolutely recommend this shop!

Amazing customer service! Great prices and will do exactly what you need them to do. I brought my iPad in to get looked at. They gave me an honest and fair price that was similar to other places, and offered to fix it as soon as they could. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

Thanks to Casey, my husband will be getting a great and complete charge. We took his phone in, hoping for a shot of air to clean out his charging port. The cord wasn't making a good connection and would often fall out when he was charging his phone. Casey went above and beyond cleaning out the dirty port. Now the charging cable fits tightly and securely ensuring a fast complete charge. You go girl!! So grateful for your help getting an otherwise terrific phone back in business! Thanks again Casey!!!

This phone shop should not be trusted. I took my phone in a few days ago to get a battery replacement. The replacement was fine. Although they left dust under the camera lens. Nothing I can really do to fix it. Soon afterward I learned I cannot trust them. Yesterday I got an email saying my review on Google had a reply from the owner. I've never written Google a review. Turns out they wrote themselves a 5 star review using my phone while they had it for repair. They took my phone password to I assume troubleshoot and make sure everything worked properly. But they did not. I cannot trust a shop who will use customer's devices to write fake 5 star reviews.

Grayson the regional manager who was in the shop that day was able to help me out with my software issues on my tablet. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I highly recommend the Clemmons location for repair services. I needed a new battery for my iPad. I thought the price for a new battery and labor was very fair. Casey, John, and Matt are all very knowledgeable, honest, and great to work with!
