I can see why these guys are rated so high. They were able to get my charging port and Bluetooth working again without any major repairs. The texting app seemed a little slow, but was still able to communicate just. Anytime I start having problems I am just going to bring it in instead of waiting for everything to crap out again.

Mr.Avery did not fix my phone at all, if we want to be honest he broke it even more than the condition it came in. He also communicated to my partner that he was being optimistic about the time frame of getting the service done and lied to me about it. He also told us not to give him a one star review because he cares more about the profile than his actual costumers. He does not know what he’s doing, my phone was in there for a week and for some reason I took it back because it came back with more problems then what I sent it in with. Very poor communication as well would not keep me updated on the status, I had to reach out every time. In the end nothing got fixed at all so I have nothing good to say about this place.
