We regret ever coming here to get our iPad Pro fixed. It was getting warm while charging and was having a hard time holding a charge. They kept giving us the run around about being able to fix it, sent it to Houston for a couple weeks then sent it back with a “new battery.” The person on the phone was extremely rude and constantly hung up on us when we were trying to get an update. They charged us the $40 upfront charge and then wanted to charge us $150 when we picked it up even though they said the problem was not actually fixed but they “tried” by putting in a new battery. Well our iPad is worse off than when we brought it there. It won’t even power on now and is completely useless. It was covered in stickers and sticky goop and the volume up button will not work. Very disappointing and terrible business practices. Please do not come here.

I went here to have an iPhone battery replaced. It didn’t go well. It’s a long story. I left a negative review on Google. 1-2 days later I received a phone call from Cellaris and they offered to make it right.
