I went to go fix my phone and I paid $400 for them to fix my screen. They kept telling me that the battery needs to be replaced even though the battery was perfectly fine on top of that. I kept hearing a rattling sound in my phone so I came to another cell repair shop and asked him to open my phone to see what the issue was. And these people forgot to put all my screws back into my phone a majority of the screws are missing. On top of all of that, they lost a $50 stylist that came with the phone, stating that I never had it to begin with, even though I never used it. Went almost a month ago to have my iPhone 12pro max back screen replaced due to it being cracked from a drop. After a week of constantly stopping by, (35 minutes to drive there) calling and not having the part, not answering their phones, giving me excuse after excuse and $250 later they finally got an apple screen in and I had it replaced. It seemed fine once repaired with a new back and sides. Over the last month I started having battery issues (not keeping charge etc.) not really thinking much about just having a repair. I was walking into a store last night and it SEVERELY overheated and BURNED my skin out of absolutely nowhere. I handed It to my husband who immediately said “get this outside RIGHT NOW it will explode” we get outside the store, put it on the raining ground and it cools off but after an hour doesn’t turn on or charge. We took it to another cell repair shop who replaced the battery and asked if we recently got a repair done because the battery was PUNCTURED and LEAKED inside which killed the entire phone, causing me to have to buy a BRAND NEW iPhone 3 weeks after getting a $250 repair done…. This phone could have hurt much more or exploded which the other tech told us upon pick up and showing us this battery. Don’t know how a PHONE REPAIR company can be so careless! Will be asking for money back

RUN and i mean it. If i could give this company zero stars i would. I’ve gone to this company twice and both times i regret it. I’ve spent over $550 my last visit all for them to sneak a bad battery in my brand new IPhone 14 Pro Max. When i tried to refuse service he told me it was too late after he stated in the beginning that i can stop anytime before he puts the screen on. I also spent 3 hours waiting for them to fix my phone all for it just to be broken in the end. I want my battery and my money back because this is ridiculous. These people are just money hungry. It’s been a month since I’ve gotten my phone fixed and I’m now have issues with a brand new phone. Another i forgot to mention my screen wasn’t even on all the way i had to keep a case on it for it to stay down.

Would not recommend. First off: The communication is TERRIBLE. I left my MacBook Pro with them for almost two months, I got 0 emails, 0 phone calls, 0 text messages, and I had to go in myself to check on it only to find out it had been finished after the first month. Second: Whoever their repair person / people are have no regards for your personal belongings. My MacBooks charger was in perfect condition when I brought it in save for a few scratches from being dropped a couple times. The prongs that go into the wall worked perfectly fine and the hinge on it was perfect. When I got it back one was bent and the hinge was loose and now it barely stays in the wall without the box leaning on the wall. Thanks for nothing!
