Since new owners took over the place went from okay acceptable to bad to worst I heard people had no hot water for months,some rooms are filled with mold,no clean linen or towels. Ocean County Welfare places the homeless thier sometimes the rooms are not clean before they move new people in the rooms,some rooms filled with mold,no clean linen or somewhere to wash linen. The people there complain to state & Local welfare and nothing gets done. This is ashamed homeless or not people human beings should be able to get basic necessities when they move in a room. Nice quiet hotel. Manager is very polite and helpful. Stayed for an extended period of time. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Would have gave 5 star but does not have WiFi.
