Our stay was quite an experience. We came with family, but unfortunately, there was a loud concert right across the street, and the noise was unbearable. Our whole room was shaking, and we couldn’t get any sleep until it finally ended at 11 PM. It was especially tough on the kids. Aside from that, the hotel was decent. We appreciated that our room had three beds, and we all felt comfortable space-wise..
Front desk lacked communication upon arrival. My husband had to ring the bell for her to come down to the front desk. She stated the rooms will be ready for check-in around 3:30pm but had us wait while she walked across the street to see if our room was ready. We didn't get our room close to 5pm b/c it still needed new bedsheets. I was able to peep into our room and had to tell the front desk and the maid to change the sheets because it clearly had big stains on them! Gross! The room needed a lot of updating. It smelled funny. The bathroom was small, the shower was small and the bathroom floor was coming up. It was some cheap linoleum. I will NEVER book here again with my family. The walkway to go upstairs to the second floor felt unsafe. It is strictly wood. Nothing else. It felt like we were walking on eggshells, scared that we might fall through. The only thing we enjoyed was the vouchers they gave us for the Lakeside Beach and there was a concert going on across the street so we were able to enjoy the music. I am disappointed in myself for not doing a thorough check on this hotel even if it was only for one night. And the cost? It was expected around this time of the year. But the quality of this hotel? POOR. Like, negative whatever number you want to put there. If you have the budget to find another hotel, go with the other hotel. This is only good if you don't care for amenities and only to crash for the night. But for family, choose wisely!
We had an memorable stay at Cedar inn. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff was really nice and happy to help anytime. The location was just great close to everything. We will be staying again for sure and recommend to family and friends.
The staff is awesome. The beds are comfortable, but the room could use a top-to-bottom scrubbing. It's pretty old and doesn't look like it's had a deep clean in years. The location is convenient, and because of this there are lots of people and cars going by at all hours...
This place has excellent location. We just walked to casino's and many attraction. It is also very close to beach. Staff was nice and friendly and rooms were cleaned to satisfaction. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall its a great value.
Clean and well maintained rooms. Rooms had a microwave and a mini fridge with all other basic amenities needed. One of the main highlight of this property is its location. You can just walk to Beach, casino's and many other spots. I ll stay here again for sure!
I had an amazing 3 months experience at Cedar Inn & Suites. A room was flawless and spacious. The employees were helpful and friendly. Also, they always used to ask me if I need anything or not, so that means they are ready help me. I will come here again for sure.
Calm, peaceful surrounding. Easy check-in , staff was welcoming and accommodating. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. All the amenities were there to make our stay comfortable. Parking was easy and wi-fi was good. Will recommend this place for anyone coming to Tahoe

The hotel is new and beautiful. The rooms were extremely clean and well stocked, even the kitchen had everything we could potentially want! The bed was super comfortable, the heated floors in the bathroom were great.

Great experience. The hotel is well located near restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and beaches/trails. The rooms were well remodeled and quiet. Check in was very modernized and easy, and the staff reached out the night before (and the day of) to m
We stayed in the Rubicon Room and it was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was wonderful and we absolutely loved the lodge, the roaring fireplace, the big beams, and the gorgeous courtyard. Well worth it!
The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
The Mt. Tallac trail is an amazing trail to hike in Lake Tahoe. It isn't easy, about 4.5 miles from the trail head to the summit with about 3,300 feet of elevation gain. The second half of the trail is mostly all rock and is very steep in parts. The
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!
