We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. We also rented a conference room for my nephew's 3rd birthday party. Could not have been any better. Alison at the front desk was lovely. She was so helpful and accommodating. Her friendliness is infectious. We have all decided that she is now an honorary family member. Will stay again for sure.

This place is an amazing, hidden retreat! Everything was perfect--the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect. There are paintings on the wall and stone work around the hot tub that make you feel as if you were in the wilderness. The hot tub was the best I've ever been in, with tiny jets even on the seats. We wanted to stay longer. It was the best of the best (between two bummer, much more expensive motels!) I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Very clean, near "North woods" decor, friendly staff. We booked a fireplace suite for three nights for just under $400. There were a few damages in the room when we checked in (headboard screws out of the wall, shade pull strings cut, broken luggage cart). I alerted staff and they appreciate me letting them know and said they would note the problems and get them fixed. The pool area is nice and seems like it's going through some remodeling, but the pool and hot tub were usable. The breakfast was the usual hotel food, nothing real fancy. A great stay and will definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

Great hotel! Staff was kind, room rates were more than fair, rooms were in good condition. Mainly just needed a nice place to stay that wasnt too expensive, and got exactly what I wanted. The only criticism I have is that the water pressure was too hard in my room. Other than that, really nice hotel.

The only things that would make this place a lot better would be if they got queen beds instead of full beds and the toilet wasn't shoved under a cabinet the seat kept falling down trying to use the bathroom and for a man that sucks. The fan in the bathroom squealed for 3 minutes before it stopped and prob 1 to 2 more waffle makers would be great. But besides those things this place was great the girl behind the desk was amazing and the rooms and pool area looked great. The managers were very nice. For the price you can't go wrong.

You will not regret staying here. Location was perfect for easy walking distance to the expo center where our event was. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had to add another occupant to the room last minute and it took all of 2 minutes without hassle. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy! We asked for extra blankets via the phone and within 5 minutes they had delivered them to our door. I was worried about breakfast, but that was pointless and a waste of time. The free breakfast was delicious! They had all the normal breakfast items (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, juice, yogurts, fruits, bagels, and cereal), but it was all made well! We stayed for 1 night with three occupants in the king deluxe room with a pull out bed for $125. We all slept well and woke up to smells of coffee and we're able to fill our bellies with good food quickly. Can't beat that, especially for the price. I will definitely be booking here again when I'm in town!

Great location, beautiful and comfy room with a friendly, accommodating staff. For people who travel, you'll appreciate the quality bedding and lack of hall noise. Kids enjoyed the pool and games. Free 24/7 coffee and cookies was a nice touch, but the free breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Overall very nice experience, would definitely recommend.

We got there around 9 on Friday to stay till Sunday fora family wedding. Check in went fast with no problems. The room was large and clean. There is a frig and a microwave. The bed was firm but nice. We went to the pool and hot tub which was clean and nice the only thing the water feature was not running which is no big deal. We were gone most of the day Saturday but when we got back we used the pool again. We missed the free breakfast Saturday morning but ate Sunday morning and it was ok for a hotel free breakfast good but nothing special. I did see some people taking pictures of a few things like the sidewalk and a few other things which were not bad to compline about. So please read the bad reviews with a gain of salt because these people wouldn't be happy anywhere! We stay in a lot hotels around the states every year and we have stayed in better and worse hotels and we will stay here again if we are in Rothchild area
