CC's Coffee House - Coffee shop in Metairie - 3647 Veterans Memorial Blvd, USA

I had heard a lot of good things about CC’s coffee. Walked in and it smelled amazing. The clerk at the counter seemed disinterested in being there or helping people. The pumpkin cake was great but small, about half the size you would get at Starbucks. The coffee was great and I would like it again. One real complaint was while waiting an officer came into order and the clerk gave him a hard time for “having a gun on him”. This really hurt my image of this store a lot.

Small and quiet atmosphere provides aesthetically pleasing experience. Culturally rich aspects included in the music, menu, and decor'. Staff provides a quick and thorough service experience however briskly delivered. Clean restrooms, good menu options, fair pricing and a rewards club that offers a free beverage upon registration of your rewards card. Member benefits include a free beverage upon completion of points system on a sliding scale, free beverage on your birthday. A good place for a coffee!

I ordered a grande iced vanilla latte and an almond croissant. My croissant was stale (despite being warmed up to try to help) and I got a hot latte with cold foam. The tag on the drink was what I ordered (grande iced vanilla latte with oat milk and cold foam) but the drink was a hot vanilla latte with what tasted like whole milk. I didn’t have time to request a remake and the baristas seemed to be struggling already. It looked like there was only one person making drinks for both store and drive thru.

Sarah, maybe change the way you run your store and you'll keep people. Nobody is ever gonna be as "perfect" as you are. Nobody will ever "know" as much as you if you don't tell them Imfao. Also, don’t leave your workers alone to struggle and then berate your workers for doing what they can while you sit in the office and laugh with Christina. Maybe change the way you do things and you'll keep people?? If not, keep kicking rocks.

08-31-2020 9am. I’m at Goodyear across the street getting a oil change so I decided to walk to CC’S coffee. My second favorite coffee place. Well the lobby was closed so I call to see if I could walk through drive through. That’s a No so the rude lady on the phone came out to the front door to take my order. I was sitting for quiet a while before I was completely finished to find out that the frozen coffee tasted like melted ice 🤦‍♂️ I use to love this place and I’ve even posted a grate review on the one in Monroe la. I won’t be back for a while. French Press will just get more of my business. Your loss CC’S PS: Goodyear across the street is a great place for your automotive needs see Kevin 👍

I’m not sure what is happening at this place but they can’t seem to keep workers longer than 2 weeks. I’ve been coming here for years and every 2 weeks my order gets messed up. It’s a shame bc it’s starting to make me want to drive further to get better service.

Definitely much better places to get coffee around. Would recommend looking for your caffeine fix elsewhere. I ordered a tall cappuccino and it was one of the worse ones I've ever had.

This is my favorite coffee shop and I’m here almost everyday! The staff is so friendly and wonderful and the coffee is always roasted and brewed perfectly.
