Our situation started out as an emergency after a Randomware attack on a Friday morning. CCNY reacted immediately with Dickie and Ryan here witnin a couple hours. They reacted as if we had a full coverage contract even though I had not followed that advice. The response was as efficient throughout the weekend and following week until our servers and PC's were cleared of the virus. Ryan and Peter took over to restore and reprogram our system. Ryan has followed up as programming needed to be adjusted to get us back to as close to normal as possible. They reduced the overall cost so we could invest in extra protection we should have already had. CCNY technicians are the only call you should make in a situation like ours. Thanks again to Ryan, Dickie, Peter, Jason, and Jake at CCNY!

Brought in my MacBook Pro due to some issues with the screen. Dreaded the worst. Ended up being something simple. And they got back to me within 24 hours of me dropping it off. The guys at CCNY Tech are phenomenal, I called last week in need of an old style serial cable or an adapter for my vinyl cutter/plotter, not only did they help me over the phone they even invited me to their warehouse when they were closing up for the day. They hooked me up with a few cables out of their overstock bins I would call them> I was able to make the cables they helped me out with and the ones I had already to make my cutter/plotter work. I would give 10 stars for these guys if it would allow me to. Thank you again guys!

I want to thank CCNY Tech for such amazing service and the help they provided in our school. They worked together as a team, they were very professional and made sure to get all that we asked for done in a timely manner.
