CB's Chop House - Restaurant in Fenton - 1005 Majestic Dr, USA

First time at this restaurant and I sat at the bar and I ordered the classic burger cooked medium well and I chose the soup of the day as my side and it was steak and pepper. The burger had an excellent char on the outside and it was cooked perfectly. The soup was seasoned just right and I really enjoyed the red and yellow bell peppers in the soup. The soup was delicious. There were 3 friendly gals that took care of me and they all did a great job. This is a fun sports bar/restaurant. There’s a big parking lot in front of the restaurant. I noticed the patio which looks nice. If you haven’t been I strongly recommend checking them out.

I really wanted a bone in ribeye for my birthday dinner, so I chose CB's after reading reviews for several steak houses. I'm so glad we decided to come! The ribeye was phenomenal! I had it with a baked potato, mixed veggies, and a side Cesar salad. All were delicious! I also had the beef and veggie soup of the day. It was amazing, as was the appetizer of corner bites, which was sliced beef wrapped in bacon. I can't say enough good things about our server. I believe his name was Brendon, and I hope I have his name right. He was literally the best server I've had at any restaurant ever. He was extremely personable, had great recommendations, and had an awesome personality. He even sent us home with a complimentary piece of chocolate lava cake for my birthday. He made me feel special for my birthday dinner and elevated the awesome food experience to the next level. Thanks for the great meal, Brendon! 10/10, I'd come back!

We were visiting St. Louis and CB's Chop House was open. I'm glad we took a chance because the service was outstanding. They accommodate my vegetarian husband's meal preferences with a kind and generous attitude. Jay was very helpful and I wish I could take better photos. The salmon was cooked to perfection, veggies, and pasta on the side were delicious. We also ordered the black bean veggie burger with Choco Lava cake and Apple crisp. This spot is a hidden gem and the chefs know their business! We will be back when we visit STL again! Thank you!

Stopped in tonight. What an awsome place to eat. I had the twelve ounce pork chop my wife had the ten ounce sirloin. I also had the chicken rice soup. The service and atmosphere was super the food was delicious. I would like to suggest your own signature hot bread would really compliment your food. Thanks for the great food and service.

Had the ribeye and friend had the strip steak. I’m a ribeye “snob” and was very pleased with the quality of meat. The salad and sides were great also. Iced tea was brewed and fresh. Good staff. Zero complaints!

I wouldn't say don't go.... just use caution. I was excited to try this place after a couple of friends gave it a rave review. I can't say I feel the same about it as they did! 1. Apparently, they don't like to let people know that they have a completely separate menu of other food to choose from! That in and of itself is a reason I'll never go back. I don't appreciate dishonest behavior like that. 2. My fiance had a piece of foam in his drink that was a separator for the ice cubes. The bartender should have seen that. On the plus side, he rarely likes anyone's Manhattan's, and he liked the 2 he got here.... minus the foam. 3. Potato skins were ok. Shrimp diablo was pretty ok. Neither were anything exciting but were fine. My fiance got the 14oz bone in pork chop and it was also fine. 4. I got the 12oz encrusted pork chop and the flavor of the bite I could eat was phenomenal. I only got to eat one bite because the inside was completely raw!! I did not send it back because I don't trust restaurant staff to not get their feelings hurt and tamper with my food. When I was boxing it up I asked the server about it and while he admitted that it was "pinker" than normal he was sure it had been cooked to the correct internal temperature. And while I do applaud him for towing the company line and running cover, I do not appreciate him gaslighting me. I'm not sure how he could look at this and deny to my face that this meat was raw. We all know that meat changes texture and color when it's cooked, and we all also know that pork, like chicken, has to be cooked all the way through. That being said, I received no apology and no offer to make it right. So as I said, use caution when going. They have great reviews, my friends liked it, the food was fine. But when I'm being charged $34 for a pork chop, I'd like better than "fine."

The food is excellent and has amazing flavors. The service is well put together and is very fast. All of the servers that I have had have been very kind and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely come back and eat here again and would recommend this place to others.

It's hard to get a full 5-star review out of me, but CB's Chop House has definitely earned it. I left a review from my previous visit, I came back because it was such a good experience, and this visit was equally impressive. The food is INCREDIBLE. I've had their Chicken Saltimbocca, and while I can see why people might like it, it wasn't a favorite of mine. CB's definitely has a unique take on it. I've also had the boneless pork chop, and it was delicious. It was prepared mostly the same as the best dish I've had there so far: The Swordfish. Wow. The swordfish is unbelievable. If you only go one time, HAVE THE SWORDFISH. CB's is a little more expensive than most places in the area, but it's worth it. An interesting fact about this restaurant is that the owning family also owns the "The Corner Butcher" shop across the street... which means the meat is really, really good. Service has always been very good, and Riley, the owner's son, was no exception. I will absolutely be back to visit this restaurant soon, and frequently.
